When possible, I always wait for service to be completed due to travel distance. Although there are Cadillac dealerships closer to my home, I prefer Dimmitt!

Was in for a regular maintenance appointment for my vehicle. Bryan Fisher was absolutely amazing and outstanding as usual. He is both professional, excellent in communicating, respectful, knowledgeable, honest, and caring. My car was serviced within the time frame expected and the wait time was more pleasant to bear due to the welcoming and customer-oriented lounge where refreshments, snacks and coffee, along with a comfortable seating area made the experience less stressful.
