This was by far my most pleasant and customer focused car purchase/lease interaction I have ever had. I have been with Mercedes for the last 12 years and decided that it was time for a change. The things missing in that experience - customer care, appreciation, insight and education (of product) was found with Jeff and Dimmitt Cadillac. Jeff found me the 2026 SUV that was only "arriving in the spring of 2025" in less than 30 days. This dealership understands how to focus on the customer experience vs volume.
