He was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and the experience was refreshing as there was no pressure and no hurrying up to make a decision. I had been researching this vehicle and all other car dealers had the high pressure rush tactic. Dealing with Nitai at Ed Morse Sawgrass was an absolute pleasure. Everyone from my salesman, salesman manager and finance manager were knowledgeable and professional. I will be a repeat customer because I didn't get just customer serviec.... If he had not done this I would have lost deposits forcing me to cancel or delay trip. That shows how much he cares about his customers and the reputation of the dealership. This was by far my most pleasant and customer focused car purchase/lease interaction I have ever had. I have been with Mercedes for the last 12 years and decided that it was time for a change. The things missing in that experience - customer care, appreciation, insight and education (of product) was found with Jeff and Dimmitt Cadillac. Jeff found me the 2026 SUV that was only "arriving in the spring of 2025" in less than 30 days. This dealership understands how to focus on the customer experience vs volume. The finance team also made it a dream, in and out in less than an hour.
