I generally have a good experience with this dealerships service center, but this last time I went in for a recall repair and oil change, and services were performed that I did agree to ahead of time. I was charged for a tire rotation that was never requested or consented to ahead of it being completed. This charge was a surprise at the time of payment and signing off paperwork.

Hanania Dodge has friendly and helpful employees. They were fast and efficient! I like that they have shuttle service and complimentary coffee and snacks. Coben was very polite and helpful. He took the time to look up price estimates for me for future services needed. He gave a good guesstimate of how long the oil change will take. Grover, the shuttle driver was also very pleasant. I’m glad I went to Hanania for my oil change. The price was also very reasonable!

Great collision center to work with. My estimator worked with my insurance for the supplemental (hidden) damages found during the repair. You cannot tell I hit a deer with my truck. Quality of the workmanship is topnotch. Cindy and Tom are always a pleasure to work with.

It is always easy to bring my car in to service, and they are responsive when I arrive. I had already expected that I would need a new tire and most likely would need to wait a few days since this has happened before. However, Daniel was in communication with me the entire time which was very different than my previous experience. He made it very seamless updating me and making sure I was being accommodated appropriately. He went above and beyond to get two new tires approved when I assumed I’d only get one like the last tire service. He even made sure to clean my car before I picked it up, which was a nice surprise since that didn’t happen in the previous service either. So overall, my experience this time far surpassed the poor service I had a few years ago with a different service employee. Thanks again Daniel

Was told to come on Sunday at 8:30. Would be able to get in and out. Had someone pick me up and went back 2 hours later. Longer than the original 45 minutes I was told. All in all though everything turned out well with no hassle. Will definitely be back and will adjust my schedule accordingly.

Bill Strzelecki called me and thoroughly explained the collision repair process and issues while working with my insurance company. I feel better about AutoNation and I'm a satisfied customer.
