CJ Molinnelli & Adrauth Perez Are Awesome ! - jg7price

CJ Molinnelli & Adrauth Perez Are Awesome ! They are very Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly and will work very hard to put together the best possible deal they can. The minute I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and asked how they could help me and was offered a cold water. I was able to test drive the car I was intrerested in and CJ went and got the car and parked up front where I had easy access to it. I would highly recommend Phillips Chryler Dodge! In my many years of car buying, Phillips gets an A+ from me and is a top 3 of car buying experience of my life. I am a car guy and could be considered a very knowledgeable consumer. Thanks, so much for all you do ! I am so happy with my fully Certified Chrysler 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. It's such a great fun car to drive. Not bad on gas either for a performance car.

Mullet Man was absolutely fantastic! - johannashomes

Mullet Man was absolutely fantastic! I was actually at the Lincoln dealership test-driving a car, but I wasn’t impressed with the salesman. I asked him to drop me off at your dealership instead—and boy, am I glad I did! From the moment Mullet Man started speaking, I knew I was in the right hands. What a difference! He made me feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely appreciated as a customer. Sometimes you just know when you’ve found the right person, and Mullet Man was definitely that person!

I visited this dealer looking for a new jeep Cherokee. - hkulik

I visited this dealer looking for a new jeep Cherokee. I owned Grand Cherokees in the past but I loved this new model, a hybrid, Darren was a great salesman who was kind and NO pressure at all (I walk away from sales pressure); got a great deal on my Cherokee and Darren showed me all the vehicle options and detailed the features. I’ll be back. Very happy 😃

JUNE 16TH 2026 SHOWING RESPECT I bought my car in - Trushka

JUNE 16TH 2026 SHOWING RESPECT I bought my car in 2014 in Bartow from Tom Edwards Chrysler. I tell you this as it is pertinent to my story. So I think I had a 1997 Town and Country, don’t remember the mileage but the year was 2014 and it was beginning to cost money. I decided to get another newer one. I spent six months researching what I wanted, finally found it, (I don’t get pleasure buying new), and went into Tom Edwards Chrysler in Bartow and told the first salesman I came across, “You have a car I want”. He said, “We don’t dicker”.. “I didn’t say I wanted to dicker. I said you have a car I want”, And so two minutes later I had exactly the car I wanted. It had ten thousand miles on it, was sold to me as “new”, (probably “off lease”) , and I was awarded all the perks of a new car. At that time it was suggested I might want to buy an additional warranty for $3400.00 and I asked if I could have a day to think about it. On the way home, in my new car, I cursed myself out for not immediately saying “YES” because I realized all cars today are just computers. This warranty was an interesting one no longer being offered. It is literally a “forever” warranty. If you have a problem, ( not caused by lack of proper care), they will pay all but $100. It never expires and Mickey gets it when I die. Also when she sells it the warranty is good for the next person. There is no twenty year limit. The service manager was an angel. The people who he managed were wonderful. I was constantly writing commendations on the web. Then Arsenio left, (the service manager). He went up to Orlando airport area. The new manager was the proverbial “xxxxxxx”. He fired the service tech with whom I worked. He fired the others and I wasn’t ever going back. I eventually went to Chrysler in Lake Wales. They cheated me big time and though I had proof I couldn’t do much. For a simple oil change I was charged twice for the oil and the bill came to $134.00. So I took my bill to Chrysler in Winter Haven and that Service Manager told me they would have charged the same thing. They’re sister businesses . Now I went to Walmart for oil changes and tires but when I heard Arsenio was back at Thunder Chrysler I called. The staff had changed, and it was back to being respectful and employees being treated right. Arsenio told me I needed an adjustment to the tray of my transmission and we booked it. He called, told me to come in and they would ferry me back and forth. I requested to be allowed to wait and so Mollylove visited everybody while we waited. (No one objected). She was so loving one woman who had just lost her pup actually cried. It did take a good two hours but people treated me as though I would break. I noticed they treated everybody super well. May I just mention a few of their people went out of their way to stop and chat. They know I will never buy another car, (I’m ninety years old and there’s no “forever warranty” on me but this dealership knows if you treat people with respect it comes back to you. Thank you Sarge, Edwin, Arsenio and Carolann, (probably got her name wrong but no one told me I just heard it). The hours flew and I think Mollylove made a few people happy. Thank you Thunder Chrysler for helping me and making it possible for me to be treated like a person again.

Had a very pleasant experience with Murray Jeep. - jhbmab1

Had a very pleasant experience with Murray Jeep. Ethan (sales rep) for extremely friendly, respectful, courtious and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We did not end up buying a Jeep, but if we did it would have definitely been from Ethan. We are still shopping for a new vehicle and we do anticipate returning to this dealership to make a purchase. Thank you to the Murray team for treating a customer with respect and not be too pushy like most other dealers. It was by far the best experience we have had at any dealership in 30 years. Since I didn’t get a survey after my recent visit ,I felt - Gapm41

Since I didn’t get a survey after my recent visit ,I felt the need to let you know what a gem you have in your service dept., Carly Watts. I arrived there on a Monday morning in a tow truck with my car and 400 miles from home. When I first spoke with her she told me that it would be at least Thursday before I could get on the schedule. I explained to her that we were there on vacation and supposed to leave for home that Thursday. Not only did she put me on priority, she helped me get a rental because you had not loaners, and she kept me updated on things.I picked up my car that Tuesday afternoon. How fortunate you are to have such an amazing professional employee on your staff. On a 5 star review I would have given her a 10.

UPDATE: I had a bad experience selling my vehicle to this - Alexandre Takahashi

UPDATE: I had a bad experience selling my vehicle to this store but yesterday I was contacted by Luisa Gonzalez which completely changed my view of the dealership and made me feel heard and that was what was lacking before. She first reached to me by phone and email saying that she got things sorted out and had my check ready and asked me to come by to chat. Once I got there she was very apologetic, explained the miscommunication which was their internal problem and also told me she had conversations with all departments involved to make sure this is not a problem in the future. She never pressured me to remove the review or that I had to give a good review and offered a gift as an apology which was very nice of her but not what made me update the review. Just the way she spoke to us and handled the situation was enough to make me want to update the review to reflect the situation. FIXED: I sold my car to this dealership back on May 5th and the salesperson told me that the surplus check from my payoff would be ready the next week. When I went to the dealership after 10 days I was informed that the salesperson had lied to me and it normally takes around 2-3 weeks. I went back there after 3 weeks and they said they still don’t have the check for me and are saying that the bank sent a paper title but upon checking with the bank it was the electronic title and I showed them the lien release but they still say they need the title in hand. The salesperson even said the car has already been sold when I stopped by to give the second key of the car a week after the sale. I have sold cars before and this is the first time I have to wait this long for a check. I am feeling very frustrated with the lack of communication and the run arounds they are giving me. One of the days I called they even said the check was ready before even checking and when I arrived it was not there. Alexandre Azevedo Takahashi

I previously left a negative review, since my last visit - BKGTBROWNING

I previously left a negative review, since my last visit the same engine light came back on and I dropped off to the dealer. I worked directly with Kevin the Service manager, he was prompt and he addressed all of my concerns from my previous visit as well as my current visit. He completed my vehicle in one day and I was completely satisfied with the service they provided. I gave them a chance to make it right and they absolutely came through. Thanks Kevin

What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. - N.Marie

What a fantastic turn-around from days of old. Beyond the beautiful new building, it seems the crew has new life as well. Actually had the chance to speak to Cameron the Service Manager. I appreciate him being accessible to customers. Shows that he cares. Both advisors are great but my big shout-out goes to Michelle. She is so personable, explains things very well, and has the patience of a saint as I observed her talking to a few more difficult customers. She even checked on how I was doing if I needed anything. I think I saw more technicians than every before, and they weren't just standing around but actively working!! I will be back and I will bring others as well.
