He was extremely friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave some real thought and attention to figuring out a creative solution. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment and respect I received from him. I definitely recommend getting a vehicle from Lakeland Toyota, especially from Carmen! Any future purchases I will be back and going specifically to her. A sales person can really make or break the experience and to me, the deciding factor if I want to purchase from that dealership or not. I only went to Toyota to just browse their selection because the Honda dealership sales person was not great! Constantly on his phone, didn’t even show us the parking lot to view the cars, and kept leaving us at his desk so we got fed up and decided to check out Toyota and man am I so happy I did! The experience with just everyone there was a 10/10. I believe his name was Cide? He was the manager on the floor, any time he helped it was amazing and he was just great. John the financial guy was also great, answered every single question we had, went over the paper with us, didn’t just tell us to sign here here & here without letting us first read then explain if needed. Literally EVERY single person was so amazing I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Lakeland Toyota team is amaaazing.

Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
