Wow. So, this has been the best experience of the year thanks to Tara in the buying department. There was a scheduling snafu which was absolutely not her fault but when she called me to reschedule, she was the most kind and nice person I have ever dealt with. She not only went above and beyond, offering to come in on her time off but advised me on a car purchase - not even at her own dealership- and saved me from making a gigantic mistake. Great dealership for my second car!! I got a blue 2025 Toyota Corolla at first with Stephen Curtis and then went back for a 2026 Toyota Corolla and I am not disappointed!! I would like to make mention and give a huge shoutout to Stephen on my first purchase, Carmen, Ryan and Page who provided exceptional customer service in their respective departments. Stephen was exceptional on my first purchase as he guided me through and made everything work out well for me. Carmen on my second purchase was phenomenal in handling my sales process and getting me fitted with the perfect car and she stopped ant nothing until I got the perfect fit. Excellence all around. Special shoutout to Ryan in finance who didn’t stop until he got me the best rate possible for my monthly payment. He went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciated that. Lastly, Page who also ensured that my car was properly tinted and that I was comfortable with the outcome of a job well done. They have all exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
