I had a problem with something that was missing that should’ve been done to my car and I called Sean and he asked if I could come back so that he could correct the problem. I am happy to say that he did correct the situation that was not caused by him very quickly and I am grateful for that and for all of the assistance that he provided to me.

I recently visited the dealership and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the one hand, Caridad was fantastic - super helpful and dedicated. On the other hand, I was taken by surprise the additional costs. $200 for a diagnostic test seemed steep, and $38 for a gas tank cap added to the surprise. Still, Caridad's excellent service made a big difference.

Mr. Jeorge Garcia went to great lengths to take care of a problem I was having with an extended warranty. My power steering pump on my Tundra was making a noise when I turned. I had purchased an extended warrantee at the time I bought the truck. The warranty people said that they only would replace the pump when it completely failed. I spoke to mr. Garcia and he said that he would talk to them and call me back. He called me back when he said he would and arrangements were made to replace the part. Which was done to my complete satisfaction. Marianna Toyota is a pleasure to do business with. I have purchased several vehicles from them over many years and have always been satisfied with the service. It is nice to do business with someone who really treasures their customers.
