Made an online reservation for a 20,000 mile service on our 2025 XC60. We also made a reservation for a loaner vehicle and had confirmation, as we had to attend a meeting in Atlanta that same morning. Upon checking in we were informed that no loaner vehicles
were available. The Service Rep then offered a rental vehicle, which would have to be delivered to the dealership, or an Uber. In the interest of time we chose the Uber. Everything worked out great. So glad they offered other transportation options!!! During my meeting, I received texted updates from the Service Rep regarding the status of our vehicle. At the conclusion of our meeting, the Service Rep made return Uber arrangements for us. Upon returning, the Service Rep went over our vehicles service and check up very thoroughly. Great job, Great Customer Service!!
