My shopping experience with Ewan was so very above any expectation that I had in mind when I walked in. Ewan did what no other salesman did for me during my month of shopping (Kia, Nissan, Hyundai & Honda..) Ewan from the start made me feel respected as a shopper. Ewan did not seem to ever jump into sales mode, he only listened to what I was looking for and simply educated me on what the car had to offer me for my needs. He did not use over the top 'sexy' or 'attractive' terms when explaining the cars features, there was never a pitch, he stuck to the real facts of the brand and the model's features. Which resulted in building my trust in the brand, when the merchandise is good you don't have to over reach to get every single sale, the facts ARE enough to get you to a close. He never pushed me towards an upgraded model, or the platinum edition because it didn't fit me. My model feels tailored to me, and I am so happy with it. When I was being over the top picky in two specific features I did not want to let go of, again, Ewan respectfully informed me we could be looking at a few weeks to find a match, I said that was fine & he went on the hunt to find the match. No push to grab what was on the lot to get the quick sale, no sense of feeling like i was asking for too much.. My choices, heard and respected. The timing was difficult as well for me to shop at all in, early June had tons of personal travel for me which kept me out of Chicago but Ewan was very flexible in working with my schedule too when arranging pick up when it finally did come in! Day of closing he stayed past his leave time to make sure closing went fine, he walked through all the features again with me. A few weeks past closing he has followed up to see if i had any questions about the tech features. I think it speaks volumes for his professionalism to hangout with me during the financials and to follow up later, i'm picky but a very relaxed shopper, and I value personal time the most.. having done sales before and had to stay hours past my leave i urged him to go enjoy his time but he wanted to see it though! I did walk away from one car *cough* kia*couh*, they had the exact model i was looking for in my dream color on lot- but the sales agent was over the top. Chasing me out the door (not an exaggeration) with discounts... which only made me wonder what the he*l is wrong with this brand new car with 20 miles on it and honestly i'm so happy she did that. I couldn't imagine myself being this happy with anything other than my Prius. But thats just to say i have no problem leaving because of pushy or dramatic sales people, there are other cars on the market, there's competition all around- the sales agent IS the difference. The 2025 prius ultimately checks every single box, the gray color gets complemented all the time, it turns heads, the tech and safety features are everything i wanted and more, the savings on gas is unreal.. The car is great, we all know that- but the service from Ewan is what I really wanted to point out because car shopping sucks- but i never once felt uncomfortable, or annoyed, it was just so easy and painless, and I really enjoyed my experience which i 100% never expected when i started car shopping.

This place is run completely different. From front desk to sales to finance- all three of these guys were all around were just fantastic. We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

Most places you have to call 6-7 times before they answer. Super responsive, helpful, and explained things in a way most people can understand. Great job and hopefully if needed I can come back to this service dept! Audi, International group, and Ben Lau - 5 stars, 10/10. I felt like this is the way service should be.

I purchased a new Sierra with the trade of my Jeep. My salesman was Kyle Lopez and the sales GM Luke Sillar joined once it was time to crunch numbers. Both were great to work with, both knew the product and were able to answer all my questions. I had been looking for about 2 months so I was very familiar with the truck trims and prices as well as the value of my Jeep I traded. I am very satisfied with the final price of the truck I purchased, I also got a fair trade value for my Jeep. Both Kyle and Luke worked to cover every detail and did everything they could to make the process quick and simple. They were both honest and straightforward. As a side note, days after after the sale I returned to have some extras done by service, Kyle personally arranged the appointment and work to be done and Luke even checked in to make sure I was still happy with everything. In short, these guys were personable, professional, knowledgeable and were focused on making sure I was satisfied to the best of their ability. A tip of the hat to D'Arcy, good employees and good leadership make a huge difference! They have earned my business.

Found the car I wanted at a fair price. I had been looking for this particular model BMW for a few months at this point in time and knew they sold quick at the price listed. Called into the store and Alan answered promptly. We discussed everything and he took the time to answer my questions. We did online financing to have it ready and secure the car until I could make it up there later in the week. Alan called back once financing was approved and we discussed down payment and other options. We agreed on price and he gave me a full breakdown on all costs. BMW was as described and very very clean. All service was done and it had a full tank of gas. I had my family with me including my 2 year old son who had a blast running around the all indoor show room. The entire staff treated us with respect and the facility is awesome. All in all a fantastic experience. In and out the door on Saturday in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I am happy I found them! Thanks Alan!
