Overall, I had a great experience buying my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe at Jordan. Hugh absolutely made the process easy and was so helpful. He ensured I bought a safe and great car! 100 across the board for Hugh and his professionalism, kindness, and hard work. The only downside to my experience was with the other two employees that assisted me in this process. They were both in the financial department and on the latter end of my buying experience. They spoke to me in a way that felt a bit demeaning and threw things at me very quickly without giving me a second to process, given buying a car is already a bit overwhelming. Other than those interactions, I knew Hugh had my back and I love my car!

Horrible experience. Even though they pride themselves on being open and honest that’s a lie. They aren’t. About anything. I was looking to purchase a used vehicle and had a deadline to meet. The vehicle I chose hadn’t been priced yet and details very grey. But they assured me it would be finalized by Monday when I needed to purchase the vehicle. Still grey on Monday and still no price given. I forgot that I gave a $500 check to hold the vehicle, my bad. Also assumed the vehicle had a warranty as nothing was said otherwise until I got the car detailed the next week and was handed the paperwork to sign that it had no warranty. I’d never pay 12,000 on a vehicle with no warranty. And to top it off I was told that the credit company we were going through had a grace period as the car we originally assumed would be in our monthly budget was a hundred over and wasn’t told this until we were signing paperwork. Credit Acceptance doesn’t have a grace period and I was counting on this as we have other bill as well due on the final due date for payment we were told which was the 23rd and not the 8th. Don’t go there for a vehicle. Also forgot to say before a month has past the engine maintenance light is on. Actually that was after 2 weeks of owning the vehicle.

My experience with Craig Toyota has made me want to use this dealership as my only choice in future services as well as recommendations to others when they are looking for their next Toyota. Have purchased 2 cars from them. SALESMAN was great. Financial staff was a bad joke. 3 trips to sign papers cause they keep loosing them and almost 60 days to get paper work so I could transfer plates and get title. Which means, after 30 days you pay late fees on registration and title transfers, after 45 days you are driving vehicle illegally. After 4th trip in, Smart xxx financial stuff told me if I have a problem with it that I could just leave car their.
Had a 2013 with 91k miles, service manager said with year and mile that I needed 120k mileage maintenance done ( which was spark plugs ect). Come to find out Toyota maintenance recommendation is 120k or 10years (2023).
Twice I took my car in on Saturday and service refused.
I am field service tech / preventive maintenance buff. When my vehicles says maintenance is do, I get it done. To have to schedule an appointment 4 0r 5 days later can be another 1k to 1200 miles later.
A 2 star rating would be being extremely nice.
This Dealer should not have a Dealer license.
Lack of Customer service - atromp
I had some issues pertaining to my sales tax charged and towing capabilities. It seems Toyota has not devised a hitch for my model and using an aftermarket hitch poses an issue. I was never informed before my purchase. Despite virus issues the dealership did not take care of acquiring my plates like any other dealership I've gone to in Indiana. They were even reluctant to mail my final paperwork as wanting me to pick it up. When I asked the manager why the discrepancy on the sales tax the reply was...." I am not a tax person I just sell cars" You're right, ALL you want to do is sell the car and not provide any kind of customer service. I WILL NEVER recommend or purchase from a Jeff Wyler dealership again. Stay away.

Everything started out fine, dropped the car off and got a shuttle to work. Got a call before the car was scheduled to even be worked on and asked when they could pick me up. I told them I could possibly get out at 4:30 to 5 pm and was told that they don't have someone to pick me up at that time. Last time they could pick me up is 1:30. They never told me that before and the service representative didn't offer any viable solutions. Unfortunately no one was able to take me there to pick up my car at work, so when I asked if I was up a creek the service person said "Yeah, sounds like it". I promptly asked to talk to a supervisor who got someone to come pick me up at 4:30. I got a survey from Toyota about my service and was honest in the feedback. I then got an email from Kyle Bond (GM) asking if they could contact me. I emailed him back right away and gave them my cell and said please call me to discuss. They never called back.. so it seems that the lack of focus on service goes all the way to the GM. Have never been treated this way before from a Dealer, will not ever go back to O'Brien. Tom Wood is Great at service! Send your business there!
