Friendly, knowledgeable staff. In my past experience buying a vehicle has always been a hassle, but with Casey Niles and Ed Martin Toyota it was a great experience.

Excellent Experience - David
We went to buy a used car and were happy with what we found. However, given financing incentives recently put in place, it became more economical to buy new, so this is what we did. Very happy with the car, the dealership, and the salesman. No high pressure.

Excellent service! A+ rating - psalcorn
I want anyone who reads this review to know that great service and kindness still exists. My experience with Craig Toyota has made me want to use this dealership as my only choice in future services as well as recommendations to others when they are looking for their next Toyota. The staff, Tim Williams, Dave Tingle and others, not only went above and beyond in assisting me in finding my next vehicle, but also creating a life long customer. The kindness and consideration given was nothing short of wonderful. Great service and kindness actually does exist in the car industry, and that is a rarity in itself. I highly recommend this dealership for anything one may need for their vehicle, or if they are looking for a new or used vehicle. The staff goes above and beyond what is expected as well as professional. This dealership is now my only choice for my car. Check them out, you will be very pleased.

We purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota - Blain_N
We had researched our target vehicle and found one locally at Kenny Kent Toyota. The price was in-line with what we wanted to pay. We scheduled test drive with Steve Traylor. The car drove fine and was in great condition. We closed the deal with Steve and waited for our car to be washed and delivered. While waiting, Steve made our visit there very comfortable. He went over everything about the vehicle coverage, provided us with refreshments and friendly company.
Steve was a great guy to do business with... A+

Great experience! - Mr.Lambert
This dealership went above and beyond to gather our needs. They paid our car off and put us in a new car (2019) ! Anyone who is looking for a good deal should go there. I worked with Chris Larson (Sales) The Sales manager (Can't remeber his name sorry) and Tyler Kilgus (Finance) and Scott Larhman ( Inventory Manager and Trade Appraisal) 5 star all the way to these guys. The old Toyota dealership that used to be there was horrible! When Cronin Toyota bought this place, they turned it around for the good! They are honest and NOT aggressive! Thank you Cronin Toyota Of Richmond, IN for treating us like family!

RAV4 Purchase - Mike M
We were in the market for a new RAV4. Not just any RAV4, but we wanted it equipped "just so". Michael Smith became our salesman, our advocate, and our friend. Diligently, he worked to meet all of our specific requests. I could not be more pleased with our new vehicle, the fruit of Michael's labor.
I strongly recommend Ft. Wayne Toyota and especially Michael to anyone in the market for a new Toyota!

I arrived at this dealership already knowing what I wanted to see and was able to get inside to test drive within 10 minutes of being there. I was very pleased with my newfound brother Jake and his customer service.
Tyyu Redd & Kevin Lutz - camry,sue
Our 22 year old 4 Runner just wore out and we went in to get a used car. After talking to Tyyu Redd, we realized that we could afford a new car.. Tyyu was great at convincing us that we could and should buy a new car, and we did. We bought a new camry and love it. Just did about a 500 mile trip this week-end and averaged 35 plus miles to the gallon, and the car drove like we were floating.
My husband is 83 and I am 76 and all the new technology scared us. This car does everything and we didn't understand how to operate it. I went back in to the dealership and told Tyyu that I needed help in understanding the map system. Tyyu was busy with customers, so he asked Kevin Lutz to go out to my car and explain it to me. Kevin not only explained the map system, he explained every detail of the car to me. Kevin was very kind and patient with me. He knew how every feature of the car worked and he took the time to be sure that I understood it. I appreciate him so much for helping me understand what all the car can do for us and now I am excited to be driving such an amazing car. Thank you Tyyu and Kevin. Two great salesmen and good men. I appreciate both of them. I also want to say that Bob Hearn helped make sure we got a good deal. Bob played basketball for my husband in high school and it was wonderful seeing him again. He is also a good man to work with.
My new car purchas - cubbiebear77

Poor Service experience. - Al
Everything started out fine, dropped the car off and got a shuttle to work. Got a call before the car was scheduled to even be worked on and asked when they could pick me up. I told them I could possibly get out at 4:30 to 5 pm and was told that they don't have someone to pick me up at that time. Last time they could pick me up is 1:30. They never told me that before and the service representative didn't offer any viable solutions. Unfortunately no one was able to take me there to pick up my car at work, so when I asked if I was up a creek the service person said "Yeah, sounds like it". I promptly asked to talk to a supervisor who got someone to come pick me up at 4:30. I got a survey from Toyota about my service and was honest in the feedback. I then got an email from Kyle Bond (GM) asking if they could contact me. I emailed him back right away and gave them my cell and said please call me to discuss. They never called back.. so it seems that the lack of focus on service goes all the way to the GM. Have never been treated this way before from a Dealer, will not ever go back to O'Brien. Tom Wood is Great at service! Send your business there!
If you’re not mechanically savvy stay away. - Concerned
I took my vehicle for a diagnostics check. It was making a clunking noise and steering felt odd. They charged me $110. 1 front shock broke other worn. Asked about all shocks replaced told only need front. After repair vehicle was pulling right. Called immediately, had tires replaced, returned following Monday. They checked vehicle and alignment blamed new tires for pull. I reported pulling before tire replacement. They realigned BR walked me to car and asked how I got the black mark on my bumper. I said I didn’t know. Didn’t remember it,but must have been there? Drove away, left for a weeks vacation next day. Husband driving we kept hearing loud noise in right front on bumps and wheel pulling to right. Immediately called Service to report the issue. Informed them on drive to TN.Rescheduled a visit following vacation. At appt. I got mechanic to ride ,hard to get noise good, but did reproduce well enough for mech. Him being honest said they “did not R/R right strut mount”. I asked why? He said “ not recommended by Service BR .”. Full strut assemblies are available. Cheaper to buy and install then piecemeal. I then argued with Service Writer we BR about not Installing full replacement. He was mad at mech.Made new appointment. Returned next day to drop off the car. They kept it 4 days driven by 3 different people, called the 4th day and said “couldn’t replicate noise “. I was flabbergasted. When dropped off I understood they would replace strut mount. Instead they deprived me of use and abused my vehicle further. My husband finally called and had to agree we pay for part they install free as warranty on their work. So I get it back BR is now removed I’m dealing with the Dept.MgR. He tells me how he put two bolts in my undercarriage plastic protection area and I’m like OK? He assured me went through top to bottom on work performed himself nothing out of place etc. except those two little screws he kindly replaced. TY . Part replaced trying to stay civil after everything. I drive away still pulling right. I drove home unsatisfied and angry. Later that week while driving I began to hear a loud bumping noise. It was increasing. Unsure of how to handle situation. Mentally broken. A few days later I washed my car and I see damage to the right front area. Under my right wheel well the black plastic has a big worn spot 2”wide by 8” Long where something had rubbed. Closer inspection revealed bolts on front right and left missing. I call again speak to Dept MgR. he says bring it back. “GOD HELP ME”. I Go back again. HeaD Mechanic looks at damage, missing bolts under my wheel wells. Informs me they never removed any bolts while replacing struts. Ignored question of front rub damage. I asked why ripped strut boots weren’t replaced? Not included in repair, only in full strut assembly package. I ask .why didn’t they redo entire strut assemblies? His excuse/ blame is on now removed BR Service writer. Did not request full strut assemblies installed. I asked them about the rest of my front end steering assemblies such as ball joints and Pittman arm. Rack and pinion. He said my car didn’t have those. Ride over they took my vehicle back into the garage and looked over it top to bottom. Called me into shop ,put me in Drivers seat and rattled something under my hood. Asked if that was the noise I heard I said I wasn’t sure, but maybe.? I didn’t ask them to show me what was making the noise. They didn’t offer to show or offer to tighten it up and me drive to see if the noise stopped. They could have tightened it for integrity’s sake. I didn’t think to ask them to tighten it or show me it either I was so upset with my treatment by everyone. I returned to the smarmy Dept. MgR. Who assured me everything in their power to help me had been done. I again made another appt to have vehicle test driven two weeks out. At $110 to diagnose right pull. I went to ANDY MOHR INSTEAD, I need new steering rack and link bolt ends, weren’t replaced properly after strut work.
