I even said, to get her attention, “I am happy to pay someone.” Her unprofessional was, “I see you.” Some customer service training for her is needed. You, as a dealership, can do better.

The team was great! Easy to work with and got us into a car we wanted. Most of the conversations were via text in a non pressuring style. Even after the sale was done, they didn’t stop there, the finance team found a better rate than the original one and quickly switched it over to get a better rate and monthly payment. That’s a huge plus in my opinion and the first time I’ve seen a finance team do that.

This was our 3rd purchase from Toyota of Terre Haute and I expected to be treated fairly BUT == NOPE! Was a nightmare! NO one was helpful,,just pointing the finger at someone else,,LIARS. Finance guy was particularly horrible as was the tag/title guy. Tried to get us to pay tax TWICE! Their only solution. Toyota financial service was one frustration after another. Called then at least 15 times (really) and a different story EVERY TIME!
