I had an air conditioning issue on a used RX 350 that I bought in January from Ira Lexus Danvers. They were courteous and helpful. Service said the part had to be overnighted so they gave me a courtesy vehicle to use for the next three days. And didn’t charge me anything for the car or the completed service. That’s great Customer Service.

They were slow to replace the battery and it was a long wait to inspect my new vehicle, but they were friendly and offered a better time window.

30k mile service and asked about an AC issue, I figured - tgreely

30k mile service and asked about an AC issue, I figured AC would need to be recharged but VW Wellesley identified charge was fine on the AC and diagnosed a blower or module issue that may require taking the dash apart which could be a multi-day service. They continued to work the problem and figured out that it was some type of gear box or 'tab' that was installed incorrectly from the factory. They were able to fix the issue same day on top of the 30k service. Karl did a great job managing expectations and communicating with me as service progressed. I'm very happy the Wellesley VW team didn't just settle on an easy-for-them answer that would have put me out of a car for a few days.
