Martin is great! I work long, unusual hours seven days a week, he was able to accommodate me and work around my crazy schedule, even when the dealership was closed. I don't have good credit, he was understanding and non-judgemental. He was not able to get me what i was looking to get, he got me something newer and better. I'm very pleased but, more important than that my wife and kids are satisfied too! I'm not only putting martin up for recommendation, I put a stack of his business cards at my place of employment. So, anyone looking to purchase a vehicle that comes in, has the opportunity to have a positive, fair, and honest purchase!

We have had tires showing low pressure on the Terrain and have taken it in for service several times. First time it was valve 2 stems and last time a kit. So far, so good 😊 we haven't had low pressure warning lights since. Labadie is quick to schedule us in and get us back on the road again. Thanks Labadie. Now, we are just hoping for no more tire problems since the 2015 vehicle has less than 22,000 miles on it.

Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, polite, and seemed to like their job. Serra has done a good job with his personnel at the Cadillac/Audi Service Center. We purchased two new Cadillacs in a row from Dave Kring because of lousy service and lousy attitudes of the last Cadillac dealership in Traverse Ctiy.

Lost all trust in the service department. A few weeks ago I hit a pothole with my front left tire only. Prior to this the car had no shaking or vibrations and was running great. After hitting the pothole the car was shaking pretty bad and I knew I bend a rim because I could feel it in the inside of the rim. Took it in to Cadillac of Novi to see what my options were and they said it could be unbent, so I thought it was going to be an easy $150 fix. They then call me and let me know me that the front left rim was bent bad (of course I knew I hit a pothole) but they also mentioned the other 3 rims also had flat spots on the rim. I never once had any shaking or vibration prior to hitting this one pot hole, but they said if I don't fix the other 3 they can't guarantee their won't be any vibration in the car. I didn't believe that all 4 rims where bent when I had only hit one small pothole with my front left tire and had not had any vibrations prior to this pot hole. They just unbent the front left that was bad and I took the car back. Sure enough the car was still shaking as they said. I still could not believe that all 4 rims could have been bent by 1 small pot hole. So another $356 later I got all 4 rims done and got the car back. Since I got the car back the right front tire had been leaking, thinking it just didn't get sealed properly I took it back for a quick fix. They mentioned to me that the valve stem needed to be replaced and it was a $46 charge. Even though the tire was holding air just fine before they sent it in to unbend. I asked if it could be damaged during unbending as they keep the tire on the rim as they unbend it. They told me that is not possible, and that shipping and handling wouldn't cause the issue either. I had a perfectly good valve stem until a 3rd party handled it so I have to pay for someone else's mistake. This service department has lost all my trust and business for life.

I was in a nightmare with the service department for 4 months then a cost of a new engine was the final result. Not even done there because I was asked to not return. Some how this really doesn't seem right. Now a single mom I have 2 car payments because I had to take out a loan to pay for the engine ugh. This really hurt because I don't have a big income and no one to help me with it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away.

2 failed engines and numerous Electrical issues on lease - Sickofit
This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.
