Pasquale was the most knowledgeable I encountered at any of the dealerships. He was able to discuss the differences between my old car and others I was considering, in a low key, no pressure style. When a different dealership offered lower pricing, Pasquale was able to meet the price and with a phone call and an email, my new car was secured and pickup time scheduled. At delivery, Pasquale walked me through the new car’s features efficiently, and adjusted several of the settings for me after first determining my preference. I would recommend this Dealership and especially Cory Carver who gave me an honest quote and had the promised GMC Terrain in their inventory. I was given all the details and asked to complete my application right on line. This saved me time, got me pre-approved and comfortable with my new payments. Cory worked with his manager to help me when my insurance carrier inappropriately told me my prior lease car wouldn’t have any coverage for a couple of door dings as they said they could not find me in their computer. I told Cory and this dealership advised me I would be given forgiveness from GM for them and dealer would take care of it. That was a great relief! I will be shopping my ins carrier this year but very likely to return to this Dealership. Thank You Cory!

I walked into Prestige Cadillac at 5 min before closing knowing I probably wouldn't be able to test a car I was interested in. I apologized for being there at closing and was immediately welcomed in and told "we aren't closed until our customers have left". I was introduced to Henry Flakes and the same message was reiterated!! I proceeded to do the test drive and loved the car and left later that evening having purchased the car. Brian was also there to work on the financing angle as well. I returned the next day to sign and get my car but I didn't have anyone to drive it out for me. Henry didn't hesitate and arranged to drive my car to my destination and I returned him back to the dealership. My destination was 40 miles away! This dealership, especially Henry, went above and beyond my expectations!!! Great job Team Prestige!!!

Do not give these guys your business. I had to bring my car back to their service team 4 times within 10 days. These “professionals” barely fixed my sunroof, and then gave my car back with a hanging drivers side Pillar Cover & two busted clips. Also my drivers side seat belt wasn’t functional, and there were footprints all over the insides of my doors upon receiving my car back. I guess they didn't expect me to notice or something... Definitely not the experience that I’d expect from a name brand Cadillac Dealer. Zero attention to detail whatsoever.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, they completely failed to look into my reoccurring check engine light issue as I asked them to. They simply cleared/reset the code and told me there was nothing else they could do to look into it at that time..... Not even 15 minutes after getting my car back, my check engine light was back on upon pulling into my driveway.
This happened for the next 4 visits back and forth to the dealership over a week and a half span. They would tell me to come pick my car up, then I’d be bringing it right back to them the following day due to the same check engine code. 4 times!!!
This was my FIRST and ONLY experience with a Cadillac Dealership and I don’t think I will ever return to this location. I was never apologized to, or even compensated in any way for the countless trips back and forth because of their lack of attention to detail. I also took my car to them with a full tank of gas, and received my car back nearly on empty. After the experience I had, I sent an email to my service agent- and never received any response whatsoever. Worst customer service experience ever.

One week ago as of today I signed papers for my Jeep. It's been in the shop TWICE in that week- the first time it was returned with promises that the heat worked, but nothing was touched (or fixed) on it. So, i asked that it be sent to a local shop by me as i live 2 and a half hours away from the dealership to get the heat fixed, to which they agreed and paid for (this was yesterday that it was fixed and I picked it up). Prior to this discussion, I gave them a 1-star review on google because obviously i wasn't happy that the vehicle i just purchased had to go to a shop twice to get the same issue fixed that was pre-existing. After posting that, one of the sales managers chastised me like i was a child telling me a 1-star review is not the way to handle it and he was "disappointed". I get in my Jeep today, hoping to be fully rid of any issues and this dealership as well, only to find a system alert telling me that an oil change is required on the vehicle I've owned for ONE week exactly. Obviously it's my fault because i should never put faith in people who haven't proven their worth previously, but i still expected to purchase a vehicle that was in good working order, or at the very least, had a fresh oil change- but in this scenario, neither lived up to my expectations. So now when i get off work, i get to take my one-week old vehicle to a shop (yet again) to get the oil changed. The moral of this story is: stereotypes about certain professions exist for a reason- they originated from truth- like that of a used car salesman. Never trust a stranger to do right by you, even if you're paying a decent amount of money and think this will ensure they give you a quality product. And last, but definitely not least: DO NOT SHOP AT Mcardle Buick GMC Cadillac unless you want to end up paying retail for a sub-par vehicle and berating conversation.

I was in a nightmare with the service department for 4 months then a cost of a new engine was the final result. Not even done there because I was asked to not return. Some how this really doesn't seem right. Now a single mom I have 2 car payments because I had to take out a loan to pay for the engine ugh. This really hurt because I don't have a big income and no one to help me with it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away.
