Mark Williams did everything in a matter that made us feel like the most important individuals in his day. He instructed us on which features of our XT 5 were going to please us the most, such the ease of entry and exit from the vehicle. Then he proceeded to walk us through the electronics and how to use them. I purchased an vehicle this January with a sales person by the name of Terrance. He was very tentative to my needs to the type and options that I wanted in my new vehicle. He made sure that I got the deal that I could live with. As I was ready to depart from the dealership, a defect in my radio was noted. The dealership won't let me leave the site until I was satisfied. They give me a new car (2018) to drive until my vehicle (2014) was fixed. I would recommend him and this dealership to everyone.

We have had tires showing low pressure on the Terrain and have taken it in for service several times. First time it was valve 2 stems and last time a kit. So far, so good 😊 we haven't had low pressure warning lights since. Labadie is quick to schedule us in and get us back on the road again. Thanks Labadie. Now, we are just hoping for no more tire problems since the 2015 vehicle has less than 22,000 miles on it.

I can't even being to explain how pleased I am with my experience at LaFontaine and especially the wonderful service I received from the sales staff. Joe Vulaj, Mike Walls and Zack were incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. Even though this was the first car I bought from this dealership they made me feel like I've been buying cars from them for years. For 2018 I caught a very bad cold I was waiting until the last two weeks before my lease vehicle was up. Now I only had six days remaining on my lease and was under the weather to look for a vehicle, so I called a few dealerships but only one salesman ( Mr. John Griffin) helped me for the car, color interior/exterior that I wanted, within the price range I could afford, and the most important thing was I needed the vehicle within 6 days. That was on Monday 01.08.18 approximately 3pm, the next morning Mr. John Griffin called me with the exact 2018 XT5 Cadillac Crystal White, Sahara Biege I wanted and within the price range also I could get it today (Tuesday). I almost asked him to give me a day or two to feel better but I packed my cough syrup and went and leased my dream car, John was so patient with me and helped me. It’s Thursday night I haven’t driven my car but it’s home with me and my cold, but I feel so much better, everything been taken care of. Thank you again John, thank you and God Bless you young man.

We have been searching for a new Equinox for awhile and decided to stop at Tinney's. Randy was really helpful in answering all of our questions. At first we thought the value they placed on our trade was low at $3000 since we were offered $5000 at another dealership. But after comparing both offers, we would've paid more at the other dealership. We're so thankful Randy told us to compare the out the door price instead of just our trade. He saved us $1000! We purchased two new Cadillacs in a row from Dave Kring because of lousy service and lousy attitudes of the last Cadillac dealership in Traverse Ctiy.

I was in a nightmare with the service department for 4 months then a cost of a new engine was the final result. Not even done there because I was asked to not return. Some how this really doesn't seem right. Now a single mom I have 2 car payments because I had to take out a loan to pay for the engine ugh. This really hurt because I don't have a big income and no one to help me with it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away.

2 failed engines and numerous Electrical issues on lease - Sickofit
This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.
