My check engine light came on and they worked me in to review it. Nothing was found to be wrong, but on checking out, the gal reminded me of my brakes needing worked on. I was glad she reminded me as they had said a year ago that my brakes needed worked on. So glad that I have always taken my 2006 Lucerne to a Buick dealership!

Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Jasen Raby this salesperson was fantastic and also very honest and transparent when it came to helping me. I went to the dealership a few times just to test drive different trucks. He also helped my son who we purchased a truck together. He gave us great customer service, he was honest, had great integrity and answered any questions we had with the vehicle. He bent over backwards to make myself and son happy! They took action and achieved the results needed.  It is the "positive after the sale" actions that reflect the character of both Nick and the dealership.  I love the Optiq EV and highly appreciate the attention Nick gave of "taking care of the customer".  Thank you, Nick, for your consideration, phone calls back to me, and follow-up, revealing a true professional.

Took my 22 Yukon in for a recall. No service lights were on when I took it to Winters GMC. They did the L87 recall checks and somehow the knock sensor wires came out of the housing. Now I owe them $350 to fix my vehicle. I’m sure the wires were damaged by the mechanic. Don’t worry I pay for your mistake. Thanks Jim Winters!

Mark Blandin made buying out of state, sight unseen as smooth and easy as possible. Once the car arrived (in CA from MI), it was in perfect condition. Mark and the team followed up to ensure I was happy with everything and were very responsive to a few questions I had even after the sale. We had our truck towed there over 2 weeks ago due to possible transmission problem, hasn't even been looked at and wasnt given a loaner while they take their sweet time so we are struggling with only 1 vehicle while they xx. Dont waste your time....and we bought it there....you would think the service would be better Update : It has now been 6 weeks and no the team never reached out, we have to call them. Our truck was supposed to be ready for pick up yesterday, now they say possibly tomorrow...still no loner vehicle while they want almost $10,000 to fix it.
