My daughter was looking to purchase. I followed up the day before to ensure that I would be test driving the specific my daughter wanted. When we arrived at the dealership after a one hour drive, the salesman notified us that they no longer had that vehicle. They did, however, have several other similar vehicles......for $4,000 more. After looking for other vehicles for about 45 minutes,
I asked to see the manager. The Sales Manager offered to take some money off the more expensive vehicles, but they still did not fall within my daughters budget. He offered to continue to look for vehicles and get back with me the next week. He never did. I called Dales Manager several times and left messages, but he never returned my call. I called the salesman several times and left messages, but he never returned my call. I emailed the person who schedule me the test drive, but she never replied. I then emailed the General Manager,
after he sent me an email thanking me for coming in and test driving a car, but once again, he never replied. Very poor customer service from top to bottom at this place...at least in the pre-owner vehicle department. The General Manager, Sales Manager and Salesman all failed horribly.

I had the worst experience at this dealership. They don't treat you with respect and tries to use all kinds of tricks to confuse you. I'd avoid this dealership and go to others.
First, they told that if I use GEX number (GM executive discount), the price will go up instead of going down. They insisted that I pay a down payment instead. I paid $2,000 and asked them to hold the car for 2 days. When I called another dealership next day, they were able to apply the GEX for about $4,000 discount. When I called back Crestview, they said "oh, now we can do that too". I was so frustrated that I asked my money back. They said it cannot be returned unless I come to dealership by 6pm in rush hour traffic from 30 miles away. I repeatedly asked to return over the phone and they declined. I instead went to other dealership and bought the car. When I called next day, Crestview returned my money without any fuss.
This experience falls way short of what I would expect from Cadillac –especially compared to my experience with Lexus.

Unprofessional. I came in for a scheduled oil change. I was 15 minutes early. My first time there!! Took 1hr 30 mins. No service personnel came forward to tell me about it. Asked what was going on after 45 minutes.
Girl at the front desk seem to be too busy with people coming and standing around taking to her then to answer people's questions. I didn't even come home with the $20 Visa rebate paper after she explained it to me. She/Art were too busy for that to.

We went in there to trade in our GMC. We were there for at least 10 minutes indoors and outdoors with no one asking us if we needed any help. It was on a Saturday around 11:30. And we did see people without customers so it’s not like they were busy. Very disappointed

Another horrible experience with their service department. 2:30 appt and at 4:15 they tell me they won’t work on it today. Third or fourth time they have failed to look at my vehicle the day of the appt. won’t be back and will never buy a car from this terrible business.
I took it down the street to Garber Chevrolet and not only did they do the diagnostic same day as my appointment, they are fixing it same day as well. Neither of which Betten Baker has been capable of doing the last 3 times I've attempted to get my car "serviced". I am super happy with Garber and will be taking my business there because they understand customer service!!!

Absolutely horrible. I have had nothing but a nightmare with Betten Baker throughout my process of buying my truck and still continue to have issues. You are just a dollar sign here and they want nothing more than your money. Communication with their customers is absolutely awful. I would have to constantly check in with them wondering when my truck would be ready to only waste my time going all the way to Muskegon to find out it wasn’t even ready. I was given a loaner that was absolutely DANGEROUS to drive and the only way I could get a safer more reliable loaner was to drive the death trap back to them. Made no effort to bring me a car or compromise with me. I sent emails asking questions, no response. I asked for SPECIFIC mechanical inspections such as suspension, brakes, tires, alignment etc. and if they were in good shape. They said all was well and gave me a report that said only a filter needed to be replaced. FALSE!! I just paid $1,600 in repairs that I had specifically asked for them to look at and make sure where good! Promises where made that they didn’t hold up to. I could give my experience from beginning to end but it would take pages to explain the nightmare I experienced and still am. For what should have been an a great milestone in my life, buying the truck of my dreams, turned into nothing but a negative sad depressing ordeal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

I was in a nightmare with the service department for 4 months then a cost of a new engine was the final result. Not even done there because I was asked to not return. Some how this really doesn't seem right. Now a single mom I have 2 car payments because I had to take out a loan to pay for the engine ugh. This really hurt because I don't have a big income and no one to help me with it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away.
