Always had a great opinion of Allen Chevrolet and the staff. yet due to covid and my sales person alayna and my finance manager nolan, I was dealing with being quarantined at home I had no choice but to have my deal turned over to april for pick up . Withiut going into detail I have never gotten such a bad vibe from anyone so quickly and actually left the dealership with my new used car feeling very insulted by how she came across so inconvenienced by having to help me. She was not personable at all and I felt very offended by her behavior. Maybe she had a bad day but maybe I did also . Difference being is I wasnt the one in a position to represent Allen Chevrolet and short staffed or not, there was no excuse for the unprofessionalism I experienced that day.

What more to say....All who enter the premises at Cadillac of Novi are either looking for a Cadillac or a Service. In my case of both my Wife and I the visit was for our second lease from Cadillac of Novi and to see our sales associate Shane Farrugia who leased us our previous Cadillac XT5 and who didn't disappoint us with our request of an XT4. Shane took the time to favor our budget request which will (like the first time) bring us back again. We have six previous Cadillac lease experience with other dealers that I often wish I had met Shane sooner.

I had the worst experience at this dealership. They don't treat you with respect and tries to use all kinds of tricks to confuse you. I'd avoid this dealership and go to others.
First, they told that if I use GEX number (GM executive discount), the price will go up instead of going down. They insisted that I pay a down payment instead. I paid $2,000 and asked them to hold the car for 2 days. When I called another dealership next day, they were able to apply the GEX for about $4,000 discount. When I called back Crestview, they said "oh, now we can do that too". I was so frustrated that I asked my money back. They said it cannot be returned unless I come to dealership by 6pm in rush hour traffic from 30 miles away. I repeatedly asked to return over the phone and they declined. I instead went to other dealership and bought the car. When I called next day, Crestview returned my money without any fuss.
This experience falls way short of what I would expect from Cadillac –especially compared to my experience with Lexus.

I have to recant a previous review that I posted on the Labadie page (which was a good review) The used Tahoe I bought so far is good. But make sure you have everything you need before leaving! I ended up purchasing another key fob that I was promised. (That other key fob was coming in from the original owner and would be sent to me...never saw it!) So my extra key fob was purchased at Suburban Chevrolet in Clinton, MI. Calls made to the salesman and used car manager at Labadie went unanswered! Too bad guys you dropped the ball. BTW the crew at Suburban Chevy in Clinton took care of me like I had bought the Tahoe from them! Too bad the Z71 Tahoe wasn't on the Suburban Chevrolet lot it would have been a lot less hassle and closer to home. Oh! one more thing, those key fobs are not cheap!

Service department is the worst I've ever dealt with. Had an oil change scheduled for this morning. Took 2.5 hours to complete. Never told they were running behind or asked if I would like to reschedule because they were behind. Checked in after an hour and a half to be told they were working in it. Took 2.5 hours to do a 15 min job never going back . Will make it a poi t to let everyone I know how terrible they are

Don't expect good service or customer care after you buy. Our Jeep is out of warranty by 18 months but still under 36,000 miles. Have issues with transmission(Chrysler did fix), the car stalling on the road and now a temperature guage code that will cost $1,000 to replace. How many cars with less than 36,000 miles have these issues? Why is it stalling? Sorry, Mr. Customer, it's not showing up on scan. Oh, by the way, that's $100 just to check with scanner. Please don't make the same mistake I did trusting these jokers. They got the last $100 they will ever get out of my family.

Took my truck in for a "service suspension" light and 51 days later they call to tell me the fix caused the power steering to go on my truck. They said i'm responsible for 1/3 of the cost to fix the power steering since the "fix" caused it. I have called GMC and made a case against the dealer because they are so incompetent you will get no wear arguing with them. After i picked up my truck i did a walk around the vehicle at home. The dash was loose and you could see gaps between the plastic and the steering counsel. it looks like they broke the plastic connectors for the dash attaching to the steering component and the computer for the dash was displaying a low tire on the wrong side of the vehicle. They also put all of my personal belonging in a box in the back of my truck. This box had a label on it for "highly corrosive material" and they thought it would be appropriate to put my belonging in it. This is the kind of service you will get if you choose this dealership. Also still waiting for the service manager to call me back to talk about these issues!!!

Loyal customer scammed with new car lease. Increased the agreed value of vehicle by $6,000. Walking from one desk to another. Didn't take off all of the money due at signing. Charging four times the amount for the Polysteel. We've been trying to get this resolved for four months now. We've been calling, asking if he's in building, leaving voice mails, contacting GM headquarters, compliant with GM, chatted online on Betten Baker website, texted with customer service. We just filed a compliant with BBB. We stopped in several times and we get the runaround.

Today was supposed to be a very exciting day for my daughter, she was independently buying her first new car. Her salesperson, Lance Nichols, suggested a cashier's check. My daughter asked if the check should be made out to LaFontaine or to Fifth Third (the lender). Her response from Lance was delayed, so she erroneously had the check made out to Fifth Third. She told Lance and he told her she could still come in to pick up the car. She signed the paperwork, and was sitting with him in the car going over the nuances of the car. Joe Hill came out to the car, asked her to exit the vehicle, and belittled her for having the check made out to the wrong company. He even accused her of trying to present a fraudulent check and trying to steal the car! Let me remind you it was a cashier's check. LaFontaine had a choice to guide her through the process, to allow her time to amend the check, and most importantly, to treat her with respect. Their words and treatment left her feeling frustrated, demeaned, and angry. This dealership is not the only one selling Buicks, they do not have any great deals to offer, so please take your business elsewhere. Try a dealership who trains their sales people to have customer service. My daughter has a lifetime of car buying a head of her and Joe Hill clearly does not want her business. I wouldn't treat another individual this poorly, but how Mr. Hill would treat someone who was about to spend almost 30 thousand dollars like this is unfathomable.

I was in a nightmare with the service department for 4 months then a cost of a new engine was the final result. Not even done there because I was asked to not return. Some how this really doesn't seem right. Now a single mom I have 2 car payments because I had to take out a loan to pay for the engine ugh. This really hurt because I don't have a big income and no one to help me with it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away.

This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.
