Ben and Francisco were a dream team! They got us the car we wanted and the process was seamless! Ben keep us in the loop the entire process. They also both stayed past their normal work hours to give us time to arrive to the dealership. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Would put 0 star if possible. I thought if you had a Cadillac you can take it to any Cadillac dealership for service. Apparently not at this one unless you've purchased it from their dealership. I made an appointment over a month ago and told them the warranty I have on the phone when I made the appointment. I took my SRX to the dealership today and they told me that it wouldn't be covered because I didn't purchase the warranty at their dealership. I guess you gotta be on their VIP list or something... I took my vehicle to Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth and they were happy to accommodate me and my warranty. I was considering buying a new car after the shortage is over but I know that I won't be buying it from this dealership. I'm going to take my business to Suburban where they know what customer service means. I also think it's pretty shady how you guys hide reviews you don't like on your website after you have read them... don't wanna tarnish that reputation or what? Take down all the reviews you want... custom service speaks for itself. Word of mouth is the best marketing tool in the world...any good manager can tell you that.. by taking down customer reviews that's just making you look even more unprofessional . Brush up on your customer service and management skills 👌

Today I purchased a used Honda HR-V from Crown. Everyone I dealt with today was professional and great (Matt, Mark, Matthew.) I particularly want to mention Matthew Schultz, the sales associate who helped me through the decision-making process deftly and with genuine interest and concern. He made a potentially stressful situation very pleasant. I certainly hope Crown appreciates this skillful salesman.

I am completely disappointed in the level of service... - Team XT5 Owner
I am completely disappointed in the level of service Sarah provided. Your dealership was my first experience trying to buy a new Cadillac, and you failed miserably. I ended up buying a new XT5 awd Sport from Cadillac of Troy on 4/7/21.
3/30/21: I was told XT5 stock number 131482 was available, so I submitted a credit application based on the fact that the car I wanted was available.
3/31/21: SJ then calls and tells me it is in fact not available, but has a backup plan to have another demo XT5 available so I placed a $100 deposit to hold stock number 132310. I tell her via text my absolute last day with my current lease is 4/8/21.
4/6/21: I call Sarah and leave a voicemail because I haven't received an update (why does the customer have to call and ask for updates????) and I am now TWO DAYS from my current lease expiring and not having any vehicle. She replied via text at 1:39pm and said "sorry I'm out at the auction picking up cars. But when I get back I will check the mileage. I was pretty sure my boss said the 8th he would make sure it was ready". I replied to her text "ok thank you! please let me know"
4/7/21: Sarah NEVER replied via text or called back
4/8/21: NO CALL OR UPDATE ALL DAY
4/9/21: nothing from the dealership
4/10/21: still nothing after I sent an email to both sales managers
Because Sarah's communication was trash, I called Suburban Cadillac of Troy on 4/7/21 around 11am, I left their lot THE SAME DAY with the same XT5 AWD Sport in only 3 hours. They did what Prestige dealership couldn't do in a week in 3 HOURS. I was NOT about to risk going without a car when I have a 1 year old, I'm GLAD I chose to try another dealership, I would not have a car at all right now if I waited for her to do her job.
How can I get my deposit back? It's not fair take a deposit from someone, promise a close date, and never hear back from them!
Any one I come in contact with who compliments my Cadillac, I will make sure to tell them to avoid Prestige at all cost.
4/27/21: I receive a letter saying my credit was denied at prestige. I find that funny since Suburban Cadillac of Troy uses the SAME system, scans my credit a week later, and approved me on spot lol. If I was so called denied, why take my deposit, my license, give me a stock number, and promise me a closing date???
My young, hard working daughter purchased a used vehicle... - Robby
My young, hard working daughter purchased a used vehicle from LaFontaine in Highland. Within 2 weeks of driving it, she noticed something wasn’t right. When she took it in for service, the diagnostic revealed that it was the transmission. She purchased a warranty, but they will do nothing for this transmission work. Just a warning to potential customers, they sell used cars in need of major mechanical repairs $$$! If you’re in the market to purchase a reliable used car, you will be better off going to an upstanding dealership that sells truly certified pre owned vehicles that will not cost $4,400+ to repair within 2 weeks of ownership.

Loyal customer scammed with new car lease. Increased the agreed value of vehicle by $6,000. Walking from one desk to another. Didn't take off all of the money due at signing. Charging four times the amount for the Polysteel. We've been trying to get this resolved for four months now. We've been calling, asking if he's in building, leaving voice mails, contacting GM headquarters, compliant with GM, chatted online on Betten Baker website, texted with customer service. We just filed a compliant with BBB. We stopped in several times and we get the runaround.
Extremely Poor - carpoor1
I was in a nightmare with the service department for 4 months then a cost of a new engine was the final result. Not even done there because I was asked to not return. Some how this really doesn't seem right. Now a single mom I have 2 car payments because I had to take out a loan to pay for the engine ugh. This really hurt because I don't have a big income and no one to help me with it. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Please stay away.

Where to begin? On December 26th 2019 I purchased a brand new 2020 GMC Sierra 1500 from Cole Buick GMC in Poratge, Michigan. On February 3rd I took the truck back to the dealership for a extremely bad shutter that would make the back window sound like it was going to fall out! After calling numerous times with no answers to what was wrong with the truck, until finally on May 29th, 116 days later, they said the truck was fixed. When I picked up the truck I realized they had driven the truck 18 miles since it was dropped off. I did not make it a mile down the road from the dealership when the truck began shuttering again, making the back window sound like it was going to fall out. I immediately called Cole GMC dealership. At this point they said there was no solution at that moment to fix the truck. They also said they would have a solution for me in a week or so due to it about to be posted to the GMC bulletin. I received a call on 8-3-20 saying they had the fix and they would put a new torque converter in the truck. On 8-24-20 I picked the truck up (21 days later). I did not make it out of the parking-lot to find that the trucks transmission no longer shifted into low gear manually from the shifter. I did not make it one mile down the road till the truck started to violently shutter again. I immediately called them and said I'm done with his truck. On 9-15-20 the truck went back to the dealership. At this point, the fight had begun. I ended up getting a lawyer and turning GMC into the better business bureau. I don't know who to all place the blame on but, around August I begged Cole GMC to put me in a different truck, even said I would pay more, way more for a different truck. They told me there was nothing available due to covid. I continued to see their ads for trucks pop up daily on Facebook or CarGurus. After getting a lawyer and working with a BBB on countless occasions, GMC would tell me they tried to contact Cole Buick GMC and sometimes would be weeks before they would call them back. When questioned, it was always GMC's or someone else's fault. All I can say after this nightmare that I have been through, I would definitely think for a few seconds if you really want to buy a GMC, pay payments and full coverage insurance for 257 days while your brand new vehicle is in the shop also, being lied to by either the dealership or GMC. Today, January 13th 120 days of fighting GMC tooth and nail, I finally received my money back for the truck other then them having the audacity to charge me $2500 for the miles I did have on the truck.

I brought in my 2018 CTS in for service on Thursday at 8:00am. I called service today at 5:00pm to find the status only to find that the car hasn't even been looked at. Why was it necessary for me to bring it in early if no one was available to work on it? Now I have to wait until September 15th to have it serviced. Also, service never answered the call. The receptionist had to leave a message for them to return my call. I also found out from Duane that a loaner wouldn't be available until October.

2 failed engines and numerous Electrical issues on lease - Sickofit
This dealer is incompetent and u professional. They do not return calls and have no regard for the substandard care they sell and lease. Leased 2013 ATS. 4 cylinder. Needed a. new motor at 15000 miles and then again at 180000. Cue was also a failure. In the shop for weeks. Loaner ATS failed and the dealer did nothing. I had to call them back every time and car can't be fixed Would not recommend GM or this dealer to my worst enemy.

Great dealership with a great sales team. I was greated with great respect from the moment I stepped on the lot to the time we signed papers. Brenton was a great salesman that went above and beyond. Brian in the finance department done a great job on getting my payment where I wanted it and accommodated me every chance he could. I will definitely buy my next car from them. Everyone that walked by greated you with great respect.

Last night, I had a flat tire. I’m a CPA who is in the middle of tax season so I had client meetings at 10:00 the next morning. I put the donut on and left for a place to fix the tire this morning. I called Crestivew Cadillac, where I got the car and have been a customer for over 10 years or more. I told them I had this issue, want to replace the tire, no plug, no patch, just replace the tire. The service person responded by saying “we only do by appointment only.” Really? The flat tire didn’t make an appointment. So I decided to drive over to my office area in Fraser and see if Belle Tire had a tire to just replace the tire. Not even put the tire back 0n the car.. They told me Michelin had discontinued that tire and had another but they couldn’t just sell me one, because it was a 4 wheel drive vehicle and I needed all tires to be the same. They recommended I go to Genesis Cadillac and see if they had one. I called and Steve, the service person, told me to bring the car over and they would do just that, replace the tire and put it back in the back of the vehicle. I took it over there. While waiting, he came in and told me that the tire they thought they had, they didn’t have so guess what this dealership did. They put me in a brand new ST6, told me to go my office and when they got the tire in and fixed it and PUT IT BACK ON THE VEHICLE AND WASHED THE CAR, they would bring my car back to my Fraser office and take the ST6 back, no charge, which they did. He said it may not be finished until Friday. I’m in Rochester on Friday I told him. He asked for the address and said he would have a person bring my car over to Rochester to get the ST6. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. My recommendation if you buy a Cadillac, go to Genesis Cadillac, not Crestview Cadillac. Crestview Cadillac lost a loyal customer today over 6 words “Service is provided by appointment only”. If you have any problems and need a great customer service Cadillac dealership, go see Steve at Genesis Cadillac. He’s a great guy and does what he says he’s going to do.
