When my Gold Certified Ford Fusion Hybrid was delivered, I discovered a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed. I was initially told that this would be my responsibility. After contacting the dealership to express my concerns, I received a phone call from Mark Lange, the general manager of Suburban Ford of Troy. I explained the problem and he assured me that this problem would not be my responsibility, that he would send a driver to my home in Lansing to bring me a loaner car and take my car back for repair, and that he personally would oversee further inspection of my vehicle to make sure there are no other issues. Without my asking, he even inquired about whether I received a second key fob and offered to provide one.
