It was at the end of the day when we were already tired but Gilbert was very patient with us through the process. As we didn’t have much experience, he was very truthful with telling us what things to watch out for while looking at various options. What impressed us most was the way Gilbert treated us with kindness and respect throughout the whole process, while not pressuring us to buy (like other dealerships do). He is so upbeat and courteous and kind when I come it. He goes out of his way to make sure I have a way home if needed, and listens to all my concerns on my van. A very personable man, he is also very professional and competent in his job. I have the best vehicle I have ever owned, and the best dealership to care for it. It doesn't get any better than that!
