Have had several issues with my palisade since purchasing. Parts are always on back order and there are never rentals available here. That's a huge dissatisfaction! You buy a new expensive car and have to keep brining it in for repairs and nothing in return at all. Clement needs to do better. My shock was covered under warranty but on back order. Never got a call the parts were in. I finally called and was told oh yeah it's ready to be brought in. Made the appointment and was told the part wasn't there when I got there. Gabriel made it happen to get the part from another dealership and was amazing and kind. I was not so kind form the continued frustrations here.

I just had a baby so we basically did everything over text so that when I came in I was able to test drive the car I wanted and go straight back to signing paperwork and getting my car.
