Abdul helped us with the purchase of a new CR-V for my wife. We came in having already test driven it and knew exactly what we wanted. All we needed was a fair balance between price and trade-in value. I let him know what we were looking for and he came back with a fair offer that was better than what we had received from other area dealers. He never went back on anything he said from the beginning regarding the terms of the deal and it was one of the easiest and most efficient car purchase I've made. He was able to work out getting the particular model and color scheme we were looking for from another dealer and a week later we came back and finished the deal as promised. I will come back here first when we're ready for another new vehicle and ask for Abdul.

We were so excited to find our dream car, but it was 1700 miles away which made us extremely nervous for this car buying experience. In hindsight, we had nothing to worry about! It was a wonderful car buying experience despite COVID and being 1700 miles away! Eric our salesperson answered all of our car/pricing questions and Elaine the finance person made financing simple and was always quick to answer my 1,001 questions! From the first email, to the financing and delivery organization every detail was taken care of and they both kept us updated with excellent communication. I’d do it again without hesitation knowing how taken care of we will be! We highly recommend this dealership and these individuals in particular!
