We are a Toyota family and had purchased my daughter’s RAV4 at DCH Freehold Toyota a few years ago. My 2008 Sequoia was due for replacement so went back and found a great 2022 4Runner Limited. The experience was fantastic- we negotiated a more than fair trade in on my Sequoia and the sale price of my new to me 4Runner was lower than any dealership in the Tri-State area! We had a unique issue in that we wanted to pay cash but couldn’t get the cash from our HYSA that day. Their finance department suggested we finance the vehicle and pay it in full before any interest accrued - they quickly completed the finance process and thus we were able to get the 4Runner that day. Couldn’t be happier with my new ride and the whole sales experience was stellar - thanks DCH!

I recently leased a car from Towne Toyota, and I have to say this was by far the best car-buying/leasing experience I’ve had in over 20–25 years. I’ve purchased and leased many cars over the years, but nothing compares to how smooth, fast, and enjoyable this process was. From the start, my salesman Goksel was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the entire experience stress-free. He took the time to answer all of my questions, set up a test drive right away, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The signing process was lightning fast — paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently, and before I knew it, I was driving off in my new car. They even offered me drinks and snacks during the process, which was such a thoughtful touch and made me feel really valued as a customer. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, Travis. Don’t be afraid to ask him for what you want — he went above and beyond to make sure I got a really good deal and worked hard to meet me in the middle on everything. His professionalism and willingness to find solutions truly stood out. Overall, this was hands down the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. If you are looking to buy or lease a car, I highly recommend asking for Goksel as your salesperson and connecting with Travis if you need that extra support to close the deal. Worst dealership. Please be aware of and stay away from this dealership. In January walked in to this place to buy a new vehicle from them. Paid deposit $2000 and ordered the car. After 1.5 month went to pick up the car, but it was wrong one. When addressed the issue that it is not the vehicle I ordered, the sales manager Ahmed blamed me and my spouse for not reading the paper before signing. The document we originally signed didn’t include the whole name of the vehicle. The guy was very rude, and said that we are not getting our deposit back. When requested to speak to somebody else, he said that we are not getting our deposit back anyway, unless we pay more and wait another two months for new car. At this point we decided not to give them our business and walked away. After I complained to Toyota corporate, the relationship manager reach out and negotiated with me to remove my negative review in order to get my deposit back. I was not happy about it, but removed my negative review to get my money back. The whole ordeal started in January, and now is April, I still didn’t get my deposit $2000. At this point, I just wanted to let people know about those scammers, and prevent others from this fraud.

Shore Toyota installed a battery in my family member's car and 2 weeks later returned because they were having a starting issue. it was determined that the battery needed replacing and after replacing the defective battery, they AGAIN charged to replace the battery. I've been in the automotive parts field for more that 40 years and have never heard of being charged twice for labor when the part purchased was installed at the dealership

this location's service department fleeced me out of over $800 on xxxxxxxx "maintenance". I was hesitant to pay it at the time but assumed the mechanic's recommendations were necessary. the guy "advising" me barely spoke to me and just texted me even though i was in the same room the whole time. go home to find out they just ripped me off. I'm definitely the stupid one for trusting these people. don't recommend anyone else ever use this place's service department, just go to a local mechanic.
