So far I didn’t get scammed here at Kings Nissan. But Bay Ridge Nissan scammed me last time and intentionally left a 6 inches bread inside my hood after the service. If you read their reviews, someone already warned us the same issue from the Bay Ridge Nissan service. Don’t go to Bay Ridge Nissan Dealership and Service Dept. Go to Kings Nissan.

Staff was great, finding and communicating better warranty information than what I had. Work was done well and within the time frame that I had hoped for. All the Ford dealerships within an hours drive of me couldn't get me in for 1 - 3 weeks. Cortese got me in the next day. So even though it's nearly a 2 hour drive for me from the eastern Finger Lakes, Cortese will be my go-to service center going forward!

The dealership is beautifully newly renovated. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean and even has free Starbucks coffee! Their service department is excellent. Marc went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. My car was done with service quickly and was even detailed it for me!! I will definitely be back to Bay Ridge Subaru!

I was very disappointed at the lack of Kia parts available to fix my warranteed wheel sensor issue as it took over 2 weeks to get the parts. After a little over a week they offered me a loaner car which I accepted. The total time my car was at the dealership was a month. I was concerned about the length of time it took but I had the loaner car for several weeks at no cost to me
