My service experiences with Island Acura since I have been a loyal customer since 1992 have all been extremely positive. It is what has kept me coming back to Island Acura year-after-year. Customer satisfaction is truly a #1 priority and the General Sales Manager, Tony Di Giovanni, has always made sure that I am completely satisfied with the service I have received. He also has always been available to help and assist with any questions I have. Just recently, I had an issue with my RDX and he and Ryan Shim, the service manager, resolved the issue immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Ryan is ALWAYS available to address all of my concerns and provides me with the peace of mind that my RDX is receiving the best service possible. A very special thank you also to Joey Robinson who always personally insures that my RDX remains in peak running condition.
I feel very comfortable having my car's service needs met at Island Acura. I have other choices of Acura dealerships that are much closer to where I live, but I choose to return to Island Acura because they offer top-notch servicing and have always treated me like a valued customer. I truly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism I receive at Island Acura which is the reason I will always remain a loyal customer. The quality of service is truly second to none.
