I was looking for a WRX and the initial emails with the sales department made it sound like they had what I wanted and that I should head over to take a test drive. I started making plans to do so that day only for them send a follow up email telling me to not show up as they realized they had nothing in stock. Eventually, I decided to make a factory order for my WRX and called to see what Byers could do. Brad Crader was super easy to work with- he was able to call me back within the hour with Costco pricing and ordering timeline. Ultimately I decided on another dealer as they were able to offer a shorter timeframe, but definitely will give xxxxxxto Brad for his help.

I am extremely pleased with the patience and explanations I received from every person i encountered to get the diagnosis, order, and service for the apim replacement for my car. There were times that I misunderstood or they had to repeat second time to this senior citizen and yet they treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer. They even programmed my Android and Sirius and Bluetooth as I could not even figure out how to do those tasks after the service was completed. Definitely five star service in all aspects.

I had an appointment with Doug at White Allen CHEVROLET as Capitol One referred me for a used car newer than the one I had. I found a Rav 4 Toyota as that was what I believed was the best vehicle. When I got to my appointment with Doug I found that I could not afford a newer Rav 4 but Doug found another car that I could afford and after a while of looking on the computer and working very hard, he found another car that I finally agreed on. If you want someone who will go the extra mile for you I recommend Doug and everyone including the manager were very nice. Especially on New Years Eve.
