The maintenance guys are great and don’t try to get “sales” oriented when informing you about your vehicle services. It has the small town charm to it and I have felt welcome both times!

We have proofs of the wrong doing and they are responsible for the repairs and extra expenses like rent a car, hotel.

100,000 Mile Maintenance for Chrysler 300. Coordinated through Frank Bernabe, who has been the face of the Service Department for many years. I delivered the car at 730 am and Frank promised a return the same day. He delivered perfectly, and I picked up the car around 4 pm same day. No one enjoys all of the maintenance, including new spark plugs, due at 100,000 miles, but Frank made it as painless as possible.

When it was time to get a new vehicle I asked my service writer for a salesman and he directed me to Chauncey Lee. We found a 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee L that my wife liked and with zero games was shown an offer that was fair to both parties. No games played just strait up dealing. No pressure and the finance manager was just as strait forward and honest. Would greatly recommend Fowler for your vehicle needs.
