My service advisor was great. However, the dealership has become more price aggressive with the cost of their products. The part (a cabin air filter) was needed, however the cost was very high (compared to the auto parts store). I know the dealership will always be a bit more expensive, and I'm good with that, however not to this extent (59 vs 18). Again, I must be a more engaged consumer.
