I have bought two trucks from Classic Chevy. The first one I bought was a year and a half ago and they treated me and my son very well. So a year and a half later I needed another truck so I went to Classic and once again it was hassle free and they treated me and my brother very well. They got us in exactly what we were looking for and it was another great experience. I will recommend anyone looking for a new car or truck to definitely give them a try. It was a no rush and no hassle experience and I will definitely be back for anything I need in the future

Charlie was a great salesman, but when my service advisor Jana went on vacation and I had to deal with Jewel it was a nightmare. She was rude, and acted like it was a bother for me to ask questions. I dropped my truck off the day before my appointment and it wasn’t seen the day of the appointment. When I called and asked about it she said appointments are made to get you in line to be seen and that Jana shouldn’t have booked 10 appointments that day. If she has a problem with Jana that isn’t something a customer needs to hear. Worse experience I have ever had with a service advisor.

I was on my way home, from Corpus Christi to Austin, when my truck died on me. After being towed to AutoNation Chevrolet, the service rep was very kind and sympathetic of my situation. He checked the codes and knew exactly what was wrong. He made sure they had the part and had one of their mechanics make the fix. I was in and out of there in an hour. And, this was Saturday afternoon. I can’t tell you how relieved I was. AutoNation will always be the Dealership I go to when I’m in Corpus Christi.

I’m not going to lie, i’ve had some terrible experiences at dealerships up until now at Texan. Eddie from the service department has treated my family and I so very well. He’s been absolutely honest, kind, and we can’t possibly express how thankful we are for him. When our car went into the shop we were down a vehicle which stressed us out so he got us a loaner as soon as possible, even when I mistakenly left wallet in the loaner after the fact. He gave me his word that he would get it for me before my flight coming up and he delivered on it. I truly mean it when I say this man deserves a raise, he communicated the entire step of the way and I highly recommend anyone who shows up here to ask for Eddie because he’s absolutely fantastic!
