Premier Kia of Lufkin has a Service Dept. second to none. Over our many years, we have dealt with many service depts. and most treat their customers with superior attitudes or lack of respect. The many times we have had the service of our Kia Optima at Premier, we have felt only welcome. We are greeted like valued old friends and as if they are truly happy to see us. Vinny Velasquez comes out as soon as we drive up, and always with a smile on his face. He is exceptional in getting our info and recommending what our car is needing at the time. We value his input.

In comparison to South Austin Kia off of H 35, Southwest Austin or Capitol Kia is absolutely wonderful. They would not give up on the problem of my vehicle. Manual was very communicative and helpful from the start. He repeatedly contacted the warranty company to urge them to complete the review process of my problem. I went to SouthAustin Kia to fix the same problem twice. They never fixed it. Manny kept in contact with me almost every day until my vehicle was fixed. Great care and service. Thank you!

On 10/11/2019 I took my car to Southwest KIA on Hampton Road in Dallas Texas and the broke the windshield and stained with oil one of the seats, they were able to remove the stain but they fail to fix the windshield the manager Daniel Stimson didn't even talk to me they just ignored me, so far no word from them, shame on them.

Took my just purchased Sorento to Kelly Grimsley Kia (bought it from them the day prior) due to finding a few issues not identified when I was test driving the vehicle. Drove it of the lot and notice some stuff after the fact. Called my salesman, Yuli (sorry I am sure the spelling is wrong) who told me to bring it by the next morning. So I brought it back and the service department and used car department discussed and said I was good and the used car department would take care of paying for the issues discovered. Admittedly, I understand buyer beware, especially on a used car, so the fact that they were more than willing to hook me up speaks volume of their commitment to a good experience. From the beginning, I have been advised to stay away from any dealer in Killeen. I can say I am extremely happy that I was able to go down the street to Dennis Eakin Kia and have such an amazing buying experience. I came in on Monday with my 20 month old and was greeted by Jeff right away. I told him that I was interested in the Kia Telluride and he drove it right up so I can see the interior and mentioned some of the safety features that came included in the EX. Within 30 minutes we were on the road to test drive the Telluride and I was sold! I came in knowing what I wanted but had to wait till Wednesday to buy and he did not pressure me into buying throughout the process and very understanding as to why I waited an extra day. The inside of the dealer was super neat and clean and everyone was friendly and it felt very welcoming to come in! I am so happy with my Telluride and am glad I had Jeff assisting me through the whole process!! I 10/10 recommend especially if you are not wanting to drive hours away for the exact same vehicle when you can have a great experience right here at home.

There is no reason to shop any other dealership. This is a great place. Jacob Meiners was our sales associate. He was friendly and professional. We negotiated most of the details by phone. All the paperwork was ready when we got there. The numbers were exactly what we agreed on. It took less than 15 min to review and sign everything. Jacob did a great job showing my wife all the vehicle’s features. I have received three surveys, an e-mail, and personal call in less than a day after the purchase. All were ensuring we had a good buying experience. We are super happy. I’m sure if there were an issue, it would be addressed immediately.

Yesterday was my second service for my 2014 Kia Sorrento with Cowboy Kia, and with this one I am very disappointed with your service.
When I left your facility I started to hear a loud noise and a big vibration coming from the rear parts of my car.
I thought that was something with the brakes, but not. I was driving on the highway and I have decided to come back to you and almost crash with another car trying to get the right lane. The vibration and noise was terrible. I stopped and I found the rear right tire had the nuts loosed. I could be killed if the tire gets out of my car and I get involve in a terrible accident.
I am not happy with the service that I have received, at so point I was angry. You need to hire mechanics that perform excellent job. you cannot play with the lives of your costumers with this kind of mistake.

I've been a Kia customer over 10 yrs and he is the most professional, caring, proficient, quality oriented person that I've dealt with. I'm truly impressed with how he does his job, & Mike Shaw should reward him for his hard work. I'm also impressed with Ben who is doing double duty handling shuttle rides too. Very nice young man. Service department lacks competence and integrity. I was told a service was completed that involved removing a broken piece of my hair clip from the gear xxxx. My hair clip showed no evidence of being broken. The leather that surrounds the gear shift was not torn or showed any evidence of a peice of my hair clip needing to be removed. Of course this service was not covered under my warranty so I was told I would be charged. They backed of when I asked to see my hair clip which again was NOT broken. They also were not able to supply me with a loner car. I had to rent a car for a week because they were unable to tell me when they would have a loner available and how long the service would take. I would expect a record of when a loner car would be available at the very least. I also asked for my key fob to be reprogrammed and was told it would not be able to. This key fob was 1 of 2 fobs i received when i purchased my new Kia at Gay Family Kia in 2018. My purse was stolen 1 yr ago and had my key with my wallet in it, so I had my spare key reprogrammed. I was able to retrieve my stolen purse so I asked for the fob that was in my stolen purse to be reprogrammed and Roy in Service told me it couldn't be done. Why were they able to do one a yr ago but not the other one now? I would have to spend 300 to purchase a new fob instead of 75 to reprogram. I purchase new, not used vehicles to avoid out of pocket expenses. My previous new vehicles were purchased at Ron Carter Cadillac. They were always able to give me a loner car and replaced my fob at no charge. This was my first purchase at Gay Family Kia and will be my last. I was also looking to buy my son a vehicle. I will now be trading my car in and buying 2 new vehicles elsewhere. I am trading in my car because I still have 8 yrs of warrenty left on this car and refuse to do business with Gay Family Kia. I couldn't help but think that maybe I was treated that way because I'm a female. Well this female is smart enough to know when she is being taken advantage of, and will NOT stand for being lied to and mistreated. EVERYONE deserves equal and fair service. I truly hope this review helps Gay Family Kia deliver better service to ALL of their clients. God Bless!

I took my Hyundai to the Service Center. I took it on a Saturday and it is now next Thursday ( poor communication and they never expained that the part they used was defective. They also have poor communication and use remanufactured parts! DON'T GO THERE! EVER! I had to call every day and then when I called the Huffines main office and the administrative assistant said she would get Mr. Huffines to assist me - she sent me back to the Mckinney Office that I was having problems with in the first place. I purchased my car from Mckinney Hyundai, I just had work done, now I am having more work done and they DO NOT care about repeat customers or their customers at all. It gives my NO pleasure to write a poor review but the community must be warned about businesses like this one.
