After stopping by after work one Wednesday afternoon, I intended to look at a new truck I had my eye on. I met with Jimmy Buckner who went out of his way to explain the features of the vehicle and explain why purchasing that vehicle was a sound investment. I decided to see what kind of deal I could get, so went inside. Jimmy worked diligently right up to quitting time to get me a price I agreed on, so I ended up purchasing the truck that afternoon. I purchased a 2018 Tacoma recently, and was impressed with the speed and ease of my purchase. They had us in and out in what seemed like minutes.
We added new tires to it, and took It in for an alignment. The service manager came out to greet us himself, talked with us about our truck and made us feel right at home. The waiting are is very clean, and several employees said Hi to us while waiting.

I have to say that this was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had! I inquired about a New Corolla and was offered exactly what I wanted. No pressure, Jim even made sure I had the exact options I wanted. The price was great, no bait and switch or surprises at all when I went to do paperwork. My whole family has been buying cars from BCS Toyota since the early 2000s. However, I had a horrible experience with Holden. When we tried to negotiate on a used car and could not reach an agreement, he told us quote “walk out of that door and find yourself a car.” I understand if a business and customer can’t agree on a price, but Holden was too aggressive and demeaning. I did have good experience with other salespeople, but I don’t think my family or I will go back anymore because Holden broke our trust.

She wanted black on black and to our surprise they had only 1 left, perfect! We were done with financing, washed, full tank of gas and rolling down I-10 West all within 3 hrs. 2007 Expedition: $1,197 in repairs within first month - megb2104
Staff is seemingly nice enough. Bought a used 2007 Ford Expedition here. Test drive went fine, so we purchased the car. On the way home from the dealership, brakes/wheels were smoking when I got home (20 mins away). We called the dealership and were told "Brakes get hot. You test drove it and bought it without warranty" and basically we are on our own. That's fair I guess and technically they are right, but when I buy from a dealership I expected a more responsible and accountable approach than that.
Bought the car 6/26/19. Had to bring it in for repairs 6/27/19. Had to bring it in again for a different repair 7/5/19. And again 7/15/19 for a total of $1,197 in repairs. I brought this to the attention of the salesperson (Newton Rose) when he told me my plates were ready. His response was "Ok".
So advising people to maybe buy a used car elsewhere. I can;t speak for their new car sales.

First of all I have bought 2 new 4 runners in the past from the new car sales and the service was excellent, I wanted to buy a used 2019 corolla for my son, I live out of town so I looked on their web site and seen one that I like, I called up a salesman by the name of Ruben over the phone and asked him if the deal was real that I seen on their web site. He told me that the price was good and he made me an appointment to come and look at the car and he said he would be the salesman that I would deal with. I went to the appointment on Black Friday and when I got there and asked for him, they said he was not in and they sent me another salesman, I did not get the deal as I was promised and I got tired of haggling with them because I had drove a long way with my son and he liked the car. I paid a much higher price than the car was listed for and later I found out that Ruben the salesman that I talked to over the phone was there, they added more additional charges on the car that I did not notice until I got home. I ended up paying approximately $1500.00 more that what it was listed for. I must say that the used car sales team do not have any integrity and they just play games, I will not buy another car from them. The new car sales team are good. The car had bird poop all over it and they would not wash it, I had to drive it home like that.

This dealership takes constructive criticism in a positive way and continues to be the best dealership within a 50 mile radius. I make the above statement with firsthand experience. The service department is certainly “proactive” and not “reactive.” Attitude is everything. Customer service is your reality. People may forget what you say but they will never forget how they make you feel. Thank you for making maintenance as painless as possible. Love their shuttle service. Such warm and friendly folk. It is very obvious that their service manager is a leader.

BUYER BEWARE: SCAMS, FRAUD, AND LIES - 1394180
I came in to Mike Calvert Toyota to buy a used 2019 Toyota Corolla that I saw online. I asked about the condition of the car and was told that the car was a trade-in by a rich kid who changed his mind about the car after a few months. The car was in pretty good condition, but had a few stains and scratches here and there, of which they told me could easily be taken out. I specifically asked if the car had ever been in an accident and they said “no way”. AFTER I put my downpayment down they told me they could no longer take them out. I was in a rush to get a car, so I put that aside and continued the purchasing process. After everything was finalized I took my car to a friend of mine and he ran his hand across the car and right away he said that this car had been in an accident, and not only that but that it was a terrible paint job and that’s how I could tell. He went ahead and looked up the VIN and lo and behold it had been in an accident and was actually received from the auction, so their little trade in story was a lie.
I went back to the dealer and the manager told me it was MY fault, because everyone who buys a used car signs a CarFax. I said regardless they should have been honest when I verbally asked, but they just continued saying it didn’t matter because the CarFax was signed. I did not recall signing a CarFax, so I asked to see it and that’s when they told me they "accidentally" forgot to present it with me. During this time, the general manager, Mike Grewenig, came out and instead of making the situation better he justified and defended what was going on. At one point he even rolled his eyes at me. Imagine a 60 year old man rolling his eyes at a 22 year old girl who just got cheated to and lied to by his employees. He then told me he was offering me to return the car and no other dealer in Texas would allow that.. That was another lie.. They are required to do so by law since not disclosing an accident is considered dealer fraud.
Nonetheless, I ended up keeping the car, because I was moving soon and out of a car, and didn’t have time to spend another 4 days car shopping and going through the closing process.
This happened about a month ago, and what motivated me to write a review was the fact that someone recently had a similar experience. The manager repeatedly told me this was an accident and that he would assure it would never happen again, but here it is happening again. This dealership needs to be shut down or at least barred from used car sales. All the bad reviews come from there.. The only reason they have any good reviews are because of their new car sales. You can't really scam someone with a new car, but look at all of their bad reviews and it either comes from their sketchy used car sales or their terrible service department.
If you have a similar experience I highly encourage you to submit formal complaints to the appropriate department in Texas, so that other consumers do not fall victim to their predatory practices.

Bad workshop service, I went for a change of engine oil and transmission and it took them more than 5 hrs, the mechanic broke a part of the filter and I had to pay for it, he justified himself by saying that it was not an original part of the dealer , who has seen that in the regular workshops they use oil filters from the dealer, I got the impression that the mechanic had a bad day and very little professional attitude.

I purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander from McGill Toyota on 11/12/19. The salesman Leandro Donoso, but the service after I choose the vehicle was not very good, he will not be returning calls or text, also by responding just one question out the 3 that I asked. I will ask again and he will not respond at all. The next day I had a screw on one of the tires and it was on the side so could not be repaired and I ask the Leandro what he can do for me on that tire since it was not repairable, he just help me to get a discount from 300 to $ 190 for the new tire, he said that was the best deal, because they were not charging me for labor.
In finance was a bad experience with Karime Nava. I did not sign the contract loan until 12/14/19, because I told her that I will like to submit the information to my credit union in order to get a better interest than Toyota. Toyota offered me 5.90% with for 75 months, so my credit union ask me for the sales order which I ask Karime Nava multiple time and no answer, I also email her the addresses, and I text all the information, but she never did. I called and leave a massage and never respond until this day. Also try my sales guy and the same respond. So finally, I when back on the 14th and told her why she did not respond and her answer was she was busy, also told me that she tries some other banks for better rate but no luck. So, I decide to sing with Toyota and when she was doing the paperwork, she mentions by do way Toyota only does 72 moths so my payment when up about $40. After couple weeks later I still receiving letters from banks, at least 7-8 different banks and credit unions, these banks were running my credit, now my credit score when down 22 points in less than a month, all these mess up my credit, even do I sign the contract with Toyota On 11/14/19.
Also before I was completing paperwork on the 14th I explained her that I was interested in the extended warranty and if I can get it later, she responded “yes”. After a week of trying to contact Karime Nava about the warranties by phone and text I had the same problem NOT answering my calls or text.
Sonia Alonzo w/public relationship was the only person helping me, she when to finance and introduce me with Lupe Barrera in finance, but I ask NOT to talk to Karime Nava. Lupe Barrera and her boss were very kind and helpful after explain what I when true in sales and finance. They offer me the warranty on wheels and tires. The finance and sales personal never told me that I have to get a life warranty certificate on the powertrain and oil change. I still send another client to my sales guy and HE SOLD the car, I had a 3rd person interested, but I had to tell him to go to another dealer, because the service was horrible.
2 weeks later my stereo started having problems turning off and on, took the highlander back to the dealer on Tuesday 12/3/19 morning by the afternoon they call me to pick the highlander, they told me that they will order a new radio and it will take 2-3 weeks, so I told service that it was unacceptable. 43K vehicle and I have to be driving with no radio?!. I ask my sales guy for a loaner and he told me that it will take 7 day to get one, I was already without car for 2 days finally Thursday 12/5/19 for the loaner. On 12/6/19 my car was read, they changed the radio radio, pick it up and leaving the dealer the problem persist, so I took it back. Saturday dealer call me saying that it was my iPhone and not the radio. They reset my phone and when Flame was showing me all the equipment in my car, since the sales guy did not show me all the details on it, the radio when off again, so they change some cables that night and still had the problem. I left the car until Tuesday 12/10/19 Flame reset my phone again and delete some stuff from my phone and watch. So far is been 3 days and nothing happen YET. I have a road trip coming next week I hope does not happen on my trip. since the problem show off until 2 weeks late after a bought my car.
