We worked with Josh and he is great to work with. He was straight forward and honest. When we arrived to pick up our new Tundra it was detailed and ready to go. This is our third Toyota from three different dealerships but we will go back to Toyota of Paris again.

Awesome place! They had a surprise surcharge of $30 for maintenance for topping and checking fluids and I had to put down ¹/3 payment on car repair services to assure i returned to get car fixed since they ordered the part. New to me, but they said they had been doing this. Overall good experience despite those surprises. Great staff! Just please do better about giving an option on repairs and please warn customers about that extra 30 bucks beforehand. Times are too hard to randomly pay $30 for windshield wiper fluid. Unfortunately, I'll have to go to Tyler for an oil change if I have to pay another $30 extra for maintenance services here.

He explained everything clearly, kept the process moving, and made the finance portion quick and painless. From beginning to end, the entire transaction was excellent. The dealership itself is fine, the sales agent we worked with was wonderful, but felt we got cheated at the end since they quoted us one price and was charged a different price for the vehicle. I’m very pleased with the vehicle itself, wish I would’ve bought a Tundra a lot sooner than I did! It is a used vehicle, and I have taken it in for follow up services which were needed, as well as a couple of items that should’ve been covered under the extended warranty which I paid good money for, one of which it was covered and the second one should have been since there was already a leak but they classified it as minimal and not covered until it is constantly dripping out so I paid to get it fixed to proactively avoid any more damage that could’ve become of waiting for it to drip out and lastly, the blower motor which has been acting up, but when it was checked through the warranty agent it was classified as working just fine and therefore not covered. I have taken my Tundra in twice for services ,oil change, transmission fluid change and both times my vehicle has come back dirty inside. The service center does not value the customers vehicles and leaves them dirty. Steering wheel was grimy, my Carhartt seat covers were left dirty on my first visit and on my second visit I made sure to proactively cover them with a towel which was removed and ultimately the seats were left dirty again. A little disappointing that it is not protocol to proactively protect the customers property, knowing that the mechanics have grease and dust on their clothes. Both times I have brought it to the attention of the service manager and because it is not policy to protect the seats, there is nothing that they can do other than hand out free oil changes. As customers of Toyota, we invest greatly in our vehicles, which I feel should be valued a little bit more than what they are. The employees that I have had interactions with have all been very nice and courteous and willing to work with me. From the salesman to the ladies at the service desk as well as the service advisor that has worked with me all have been good people to work with.
