The service advisors are very knowledgeable about what maintenance is needed, based on mileage, for my vehicle. They review my vehicle maintenance history and make recommendations. The service advisors explain the maintenance clearly. They keep me updated, either by phone or in person, about any new findings and the length of time until my vehicle will be ready to go. All employees are very courteous.

After a couple bad experiences at other local dealerships, Toyota of Plano was completely the opposite. Every part of purchasing the car was exceptional; it was not stressful or painful in any way. Even negotiating a price was pretty painless. It really did not take long to make my decision. The car was great and well taken care of from their end, the service was perfect, and I knew it was the right decision instantly. Also, the sales manager that worked with us, Robert Frauens, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated and had a great experience. Your remodeled dealership is very nice to move around in. The waiting area is comfortable. The only reason I could not give the dealership a 5 star rating is for the following. I really like Raphael Munoz. He is kind and goes above and beyond most sales people. He even gives a follow up to make sure we are confident in our purchase.
1. I actually had to pay $2.19 for a soda there. Really? What a rip! Even worse than a convenience store. I know the dealership receives no profit from that, but next time I will bring my own. I hope they will get rid of that vendor and go back to the "old way" of doing things. However, I know I can still get a free donut in the mornings!
2. I know every time I go there to purchase a vehicle, it will take at least 3 hours. Doesn't matter if I'm paying cash or financing or if I have all my own items set up. I still have to wait for what seems like forever.

The service I received from my service advisor Rhonda Jennings was excellent. She kept me informed of the status of my service and promptly let me know when additional issues were found. I have no complaints about the service.
However, when I picked up my car on the outbound service queue, things were not so great. For the very short distances that the service crew has to drive my car during its trek though your facility, they changed the settings of both outside mirrors, they adjusted the inside rear view mirror, they adjusted the height of the drivers seat as well as the the distance from the steering wheel and the angle of the driver's seat and seat back. They also turned off the daytime running lights. It extremely irritating to have to have ti readjust all those setting before I can leave the service drive. The optimal thing is to NOT change any of the customer's settings. The next best thing would be to return them to settings as close to their original settings as possible.
