I just purchased a used 2019 F150 from Clay Cooley Chevrolet, Dallas. My salesperson was Sheddrick Watson. They/he made the buying process quick and easy, providing professional and friendly service. What I appreciated most was transparent pricing. Instead of bringing me pages and pages of contract papers with numbers shifting around in a shell game and rounds of ‘speaking with the manager’, like I’ve experienced with many dealerships in the past, a one-pager was brought out with the line items of cost clearly delineated. We came to an agreement on price, what I’d like included/excluded. Including the test drive, working with sales and then finance, I was there for just over an hour. A+

Bought my vehicle purely online.’never thought I would do that. Negotiations were easy and felt after doing a ton of research this really was a great deal for a vehicle I have been searching on for a long time! They took very detailed pictures/videos. Pointed out anything they saw that was abnormal. Had it all fixed and detailed when it reached me. All financing and warranty stuff was extremely easy. This took a few phone calls over the course of a few days with my work schedule but if you added time up I have spent way longer in dealerships trying to get it all done. Like a full day! Was not this way with them. Locally I got quoted an extended ford warranty on a used f250 similar to what I bought and was happy twice as much for same plan. With all electronics on new vehicles now it’s almost a must to have and they can stick you on that price. Joe the finance guy said it was $100 over the cost of the plan and I believe him as I was shipping around and literally over twice as much for the same plan on similar vehicle! Eric was my salesman. From start to finish even after sale was over he was my direct contact and awesome to work with. They told me Shipping I’m state of Texas was free. They usually drive them to you and meet you. I gave them an a dress clear I’m the northwest part of Texas As I live in northwest Kansas. They said we won’t drive it that far, they will put it on a truck and meet me there at my convenience! I unfortunately could not meet for 2 weeks as I was going on a big trip. They said no problem it could sit with them until I was ready. I’ve asked other places if I could leave for a day and come pick up and was always denied. Again super awesome to work with! Matt sales manager was great too getting everything arranged. Felt like it was a giant gamble spending a ton of money on a vehicle I’ve never stepped into or seen in person. It showed up and was better in person than the pictures which was awesome! Thanks again! Won’t be hesitant to buy from them again even living 14 hrs away!
