Amazing experience - Anavielledent865
My experience at Hiley Mazda was amazing. I had to buy a car remotely and Greg did a great job! He was so good at communicating with me, getting everything ready, and he had the car ready to go the date I told him to. I know the car- purchasing process can be tedious, but Greg Powell really did an amazing job. He made it as easy as can be, even with the complication of not being physically there. Next car I purchase will be from Hiley Mazda!

Fantastic Dealership - mreisinger05
This dealership is amazing. I recently bought a VW from Jesse Rodriguez, and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I dealt with through the whole process was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this dealership. I went to 4 dealerships and this was the only one I was willing to do business with.

We got the Tiguan which was exactly what we were looking for, we were helped by one of the best and if we buy another vehicle we will go with Joel sanchez

Damage and Scratches yo my car - Pradip
I have been taking my car for servicing to Hendrick VW service centre for last 3 years. I was quite satisfied with there professionalism until I took my car for servicing this time.
I am giving 1 star because of the damage and scratches in my car and the insult that I faced.
There were multiple scratches to my car after the car came out of the car wash. The service specialist told that most of the scratches were there previously ( which was not correct) and implied that I was lying. He hastily tried to fix the issue but the issues still persist.
Tried to contact HVW service department multiple times but didn't get any response.
Good job! - Angelmoreno
Always happy with their service and professionalism! I appreciate y’all always staying on top of the repair and not leaving me wondering where we are in the process.

Sales was great, service department needs improvement - ATXVWLover
*Updated from 1 star to 3 stars on 2-19-19. The service manager was able to resolve this to my satisfaction. Had the same solution been offered at the time I was there, and not after having left a bad review and calling VW of America, this would be a 5 star review.
This used to be THE place in the Austin metro to buy a VW. Between my wife and I, we’ve purchased three there. Not anymore. Go to Maund or Onion Creek. My experience was pretty bad, when trying to get help with service. They sold me a car with a bad alignment. It was a brand new 2019 Jetta. In 8400 miles, it had completely worn out the front tires. Brand new car, and the alignment was WAY off. They could have made the decision to help me out and take care of me, but no. I asked that they cover the alignment and meet me halfway on new tires. They gave me zero assistance. It cost me $99.95 for the alignment and then they wanted to charge me over $300 for two tires... Brett, my service advisor, said they’d submit a request to VW asking that they cover the cost of the alignment as a goodwill gesture, and that they’d call me with the verdict in 24-48 hours. Guess what? It’s been a week now and no call. I seriously wonder if they even bothered to submit it. Seriously, just stay away. I won’t ever be back here and will be submitting a complaint to VW of America about their terrible service.
Oil Change and State Inspection - Dragon82d
Excellent service and price, I was surprised. Plus got a nice bonus car wash and a detailed service history of what is needed in the future
Broken Promises - audia3
Poor experience my wife and I traded in an Audi A3 for a 2018 Tiguan. I was promised a new tire that had a sidewall indentation and to be reimbursed for a door damage the A3 door when i receive the final audi invoice.
The audi invoice came in and over 5 trips to the dealership in almost a year, Trae Gibson sales manager and my sales person Christopher Riddle, have never come thru with their promises, only excuses.
I would not recommend this dealership

Highly recommend - Juan123
I am so happy with my new Atlas, if you looking for a new or use car you need to go with Lori she is not the sale team that is pushing you to buy, when i talked to her she explained to me the whole process and let me decided, I am from Dallas and drove 4.5 hours because I couldn’t find a good sell person in my area, Lori know what a word means and I am so happy everything works out. If you looking to buy a car Lori is the way you need to go.

Sold me car extended warranty contract Not active
The dealership sold me extended warranty contract in 09/08/2017 for $3000 and when I sold my car later in 4/5/2019 went to the dealership to cancel my warranty for the car 2013 Lexus gs350 and one of the finance manager filled cancellation form and after 3 month still no refund, so I stop by and talked with one of the finance managers and his name Salvador Garcia told me he will find out with the corporate office about my refund in 7/5/2019 till today 7/30/2019 once telling me the corporate said they gave you the refund then said oh they said no one submitted cancellation to us then later said oh the warranty already expired and that is why no refund then said oh I don't know where your refund give me more time to see what the corporate office find out , so I contacted the warranty company direct to see what is going on and the told me this warranty contact never exit never been activated by the dealership and look like the dealership charged me in the financing the warranty cost without activating the warranty contract and today when I told the dealership about it that never been activated they said not our job to handle it we just trying to help you . Go by yourself handle it with the corporate office , it is been 4 months now and no one know where is my money , and I was without warranty while driving my car for almost one year and half .... the payment for warranty cost was add to the finance amount paid by usbank ( warranty cost $3000) ... need the full cost of the warranty refund it to me plus interest I paid on it
Best experience in the DFW metroplex. - [Denton Texas]
Having purchased many new cars in the past, I did my research, requested quotes from everyone in the DFW metroplex, fielded the onslaught of emails, texts and calls.
We started out at another dealership thought to have the best variety and prices due to size, volume and claims to meet our specific needs. Fortunately, we stayed in touch with several as we negotiated and Leo Sangiovanni at Lewisville Volkswagen gave us the absolute best price hands down. The Jetta we ended up with was an upgrade from what we were expecting on price and couldn't or wouldn't be touched by others offering on theirs. He was 110% honest and upfront with total cost to drive out and played no games. After the back and forth exercise of negotiating with salesman and management in Frisco for six hours, I can only say it was a relief not unlike having survived a moderate disaster.
I have no reservations about recommending you call and ask for Leo on your next new purchase of a Volkswagen.
She'll be using the lifetime free hand car washes frequently as she's very proud of her new car.
Second time customer. Never again. - Wes V
Vic. Nice guy. Or I thought. This was my second car from them. Negotiations went smoothly. They told me the price of my trade in and their car price. I don’t like wasting time so I gave them everything they asked for and took their offer on my trade-in. My credit is xxxx good. The finance guy proceeded to upsell me on several products. One was gap insurance which I already have. I kept telling him no and he kept insisting. Anyways I walked out of there and called him a condescending ‘pr1ck’ when he kept insisting I had to buy. Oh well. Horrible customer service and horrible results, especially for a repeat customer. Call me. I’ll fill you in. More details. Just buyer beware and take your time. These guys are the epitome of “xxxxxxxx car salesmen”.
Thank you Garlyn SHELTON VW - Bigcountry4608

Incompetence and Unprofessionalism Abound - Vess
One of the oddest car buying experiences I've had honestly. The staff was very quick to reach out to me after my inquiry on one of the vehicles in the lot. I provided details on my car back in a text message and then never heard back on what the trade-in value would be. Had I not spent the last few weeks doing research on the exact vehicle I wanted, I probably would not have come in.
The first odd thing, when I pulled up to the dealership, no one came out and asked me if I needed help with anything. Honestly, I don't mind not being bombarded by salesmen, but I was surprised. So, neither good nor bad there. When I walked into the dealership it was a bit of an odd interchange between the front staff and salesman. I explained why I was there, and the salesman said he could take me to look at the truck but he had an appointment in a few minutes. We went out and looked at the truck, and he didn't really even say a word about it. He just assumed I was going to buy it. Again, a little odd, and I was kinda hoping at this point there was a salesman who could tell me anything about the car or at least try to.
He passed me off to another salesman. We quickly went on a test drive, and again, I was basically just trying to figure out everything in the vehicle myself. Now, this was a Ford truck, so I understand the staff may not be as familiar with it. But, I expected at least a little bit of information about the truck. Nothing. Now, I had gotten there almost as early as they opened up, around 9:15am, because I didn't want to spend my entire day buying a car. Well, I had to wait for a manager to get out of his meeting to get an offer. I used the USAA Car buying service, and the sales manager had to go back a couple times to check the price because that's not what he had. I had the printout and could provide the price directly from USAA's app. He eventually gave me the price, but there is apparently a disconnect there and wanted to haggle, even though they advertise a "no-haggle" policy. He also completely ignored everything I mentioned about the trade-in value. I guess no haggle means they want to screw you out of any money and don't want to hear any complaints. I was also told that the system could only handle one sale at a time, which is another reason I had to wait. Yes, I was told it was being upgraded to handle six sales. Not even sure what to say to that.
All of the paperwork I signed was not very well explained, but I was probably there for about 3 hours now so I didn't question too much. It was then on to finance. Before even speaking to anyone, I was just told that I need to have my bank/credit union to send the dealership my "drafting paperwork." No one explained what that was, just expected me to contact them and understand what to do. My bank explained most of it to me and I was working on completing the loan when I went to the finance manager's office. The first thing he asked was if I had sent the draft paperwork yet. I told him I was working on it and he seemed a little impatient. "Ok, just let me know when you send it." Ok... thanks... will do. No one even asked me if I was making a down payment and I had to stop him before going forward with the paperwork to do so. I then had to call my bank a couple times to get my daily limit changed. Again, he seemed a little impatient. He really didn't explain any of the paperwork, again. And I walked out of there with a copy of about 3 pages of the 20 pages he went through. He basically just said, "ok, you're done." And that was it. Okay... great?
I walked out and waited for probably another hour before the new truck I had bought had come out from getting cleaned. What took so long? And why didn't they start earlier? As I was sitting there waiting for my truck to appear out of somewhere, my salesman was just sitting outside on the lot looking at a couple of cars. He came in once and mentioned that the detail guys may have taken a lunch break and he didn't know what was taking so long. Then he walked back out. I'm a very patient person, but it was now 1:30pm, over 4 hours after I arrived, and no one said a word to me for the next 20-30 mins. Finally, thank God, my truck appeared and I was very happy to get out of there.
I was told my registration plates would "probably" be mailed to me in a few weeks. Great, instilling more confidence in this dealership. I got a call yesterday that I had to go down to the DMV to complete the titling and registration of my truck. I've never heard of anything like that. I can't believe the dealership was unable to even complete this portion correctly.
It has been 3 weeks now, and to this day my loan is still not approved at my bank because the finance manager is incompetent. He has not sent the proper documentation to finalize the loan. I contacted the bank and they they hadn't received any paperwork. When I called him, he stated he had sent the paperwork almost a week after the sale was complete and to call my bank. I received another call from my bank stating one document was missing and the other was not legible. If my loan goes through properly prior to the expiration of the approval date range, I will be amazed.
And then finally, I received an email from Danilo DeLeon, the General Manager, about my online inquiry, after I had already bought the truck asking if everything was handled to my satisfaction. I provided him with the same information listed above, and have not received any reply back almost 3 weeks later.
Bottom line, avoid this dealership like the plague. It's run by incompetent neanderthals.
