Excellent service, you can really tell the employees want to find the best car for you. I could tell Sammy was very passionate about finding the right car for me. Creede was also extremely helpful when demonstrating the ins and outs of the vehicle. It is evident that he has a lot of knowledge about not only automobiles, but Volkswagen products as well. I would highly recommend both Sammy and Creede to any potential buyers. Thank you for finding me an amazing car!

Thank you, Ricky! - zwright86
We came in for a used car, and found two new ones. From start to finish Ricky (Enrique) was extremely flexible, accommodating and responsive. Even when we would run into obstacles such as delays in delivery, he was there to update and let us know what was going on. He worked extremely hard to get to where we asked to in terms of price and it led us to leave with two cars, instead of one. Ricky is someone I would 10/10 send my friends to and visit again for future car needs.
Ken was great to talk finance with. He got us in and out fast and never pressured us to spend more on anything we did not feel relevant.
The dealership was extremely safe during the pandemic. Everyone was wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer everywhere and they took every precaution.
Excellence - Hb58lb65
One of the best car buying experience i have ever had...not just in the sales side, finance side was just as good (couldn’t believe i got O% interest). Used George strong for sales and it was his availability by text/email that won me over with this dealership. Also no add ons....tint is included along with the door strips....the price is the price. Just wished the sold more than Volkswagen! Bought a VW GTI on reviews and it was accurate. Buy from here, wont regret it.

Excellent, Great Management - trident3
Great dealership to do business with and the Manager, Dustin Rodgers, works well with his employees to make sure that the customer is 100 percent satisfied and well taken care of. Mike Berry was easy to work with both on the trade and purchase of a new VW Cross Sport.. The manager was able to work with Mike and make things happen. I highly recommend SouthWest Volkswagen and look forward to doing business in the future. A honest reliable dealership.

I first saw the ad for my vehicle on a Monday morning. I called to set up a appointment to see the vehicle. Salesman Dimitri Demopulos brought the vehicle to my work place that afternoon for inspection and a test drive. By the late evening, the vehicle was mine. I was and am very pleased with the vehicle, service and hospitality I received during the process from Dimitri and Momentum VW.
Great time buying a car, it was fun. - Corvette Dave
Doing business with this dealership is a pleasure. Jay Wilson did an excellent job of presenting us with our new Corvette. It was refreshing to be received in such a friendly manor, all the staff Jay, Paul, and Amanda put our deal together quickly, and did a good job of answering questions or concerns we may have had. We also appreciated Jay Wilson’s good nature and sense of humor, and his impressive knowledge of our new car gave us confidence that we had made an excellent buy. Thanks for a great car buying experience Hewlett Volkswagen is top notch. Your Friend Corvette Dave Salopek.

I bought a used car from them and 5 days after driving it... - Lauren
I bought a used car from them and 5 days after driving it off the lot my headlight was out so I called them and was told they would fix my headlight for free since it was so soon after my purchase. When I get to the dealership I was told it would take 20 mins to fix. 2.5 hours later I’m still sitting here and now being told whoever told me that shouldn’t have and that it would cost me over $150. If they would have just been upfront and honest in the first place I would not have driven over an hour away to get this fixed when I could have simply paid the local car dealership to fix it.
I bought a used car at this dealership close to 3 months... - Tammypownell
I bought a used car at this dealership close to 3 months ago from Bryan Wilson, they want to give you all the glory and attention at the time of sale but once that sale is signed it is downhill from there. Granted a used car is just what it says but I made a call 3 weeks ago to inform him of some front end damage just to see if something could be done and still waiting for that call . My how things change. Had sent him an email shortly after the purchase on a warranty paper and he has yet to find out the answer. I can promise you that will be my last car bought by him and the dealership. I do not recommend Volkswagen of Midland nor Bryan for a salesman.

I had the best vehicle buying experience in my 20 years... - Eprolltide
I had the best vehicle buying experience in my 20 years of purchasing vehicles with NORTH PARK VW! They not only went out of their way and provided amazing service during the purchase but their Service Dept is also top notch! Definitely recommend these guys!
My loyalty was worth ZERO to them! - JeffW
Let the buyer beware! After purchasing multiple VWs from this dealer, I was promised their help in solving a misunderstanding between their finance manager, Lee Nolen, and VW Credit regarding an early lease termination. Even though the problem had supposedly "been resolved" I got a bill from VW Credit almost a year later for an extra $1000. (I finally paid it just to keep from ruining my credit). The dealer was no help at all. I couldn't get the time of day from them after three months of messages left and in-person visits (Don't worry, we're working on it and will get back to you..."). Owner Bobby Beck and Sales Manager John Chapman do not deserve your trust or your business.
Bait and Switch in the Service Department - agarcia36
Be careful with taking your vehicle to Rudolph Volkswagen for servicing. They bait and switch customers. I called and it was supposed to be minimum service visit, but it turned out that the service rose to minimal to $450 due to some other things they neglected to advise when I scheduled my appointment.
Also, I called for an appointment at 7:30 am, but upon arrival, nothing was setup. So, of course, we have to repeat the process all over again.
They’ll lie to void warranty - Nathan Fuchs
They will do everything possible, including lie, to void your warranty and stick you with a big bill. Very disappointed in their customer service, this will be the last VW I own.

The worst service department in the world.
Very unprofessional crew as they are replaced every two weeks . They suppose to have my car ready in two days after two weeks of excuse for parts ordering and weekend not counted they charged me $250.00 over their own estimated code .
When I went to pick up my car it took two hours they figure out their mistakes . first the service man Laynold was hidden for 30 minutes after I called Bryan xxxx the service manager he tried to get me going but he was confused and he said he is a human to make a mistake on my end .
I will never ever go to VW of Richardson for any services as long as these unprofessional crew are there . Bob
Quoted price over phone Changes when you walk in.... - Shame on you
Quoted price over phone Changes when you walk in. bought car was told all recalls updated. We received a call week later for recall
Incompetence and Unprofessionalism Abound - Vess
One of the oddest car buying experiences I've had honestly. The staff was very quick to reach out to me after my inquiry on one of the vehicles in the lot. I provided details on my car back in a text message and then never heard back on what the trade-in value would be. Had I not spent the last few weeks doing research on the exact vehicle I wanted, I probably would not have come in.
The first odd thing, when I pulled up to the dealership, no one came out and asked me if I needed help with anything. Honestly, I don't mind not being bombarded by salesmen, but I was surprised. So, neither good nor bad there. When I walked into the dealership it was a bit of an odd interchange between the front staff and salesman. I explained why I was there, and the salesman said he could take me to look at the truck but he had an appointment in a few minutes. We went out and looked at the truck, and he didn't really even say a word about it. He just assumed I was going to buy it. Again, a little odd, and I was kinda hoping at this point there was a salesman who could tell me anything about the car or at least try to.
He passed me off to another salesman. We quickly went on a test drive, and again, I was basically just trying to figure out everything in the vehicle myself. Now, this was a Ford truck, so I understand the staff may not be as familiar with it. But, I expected at least a little bit of information about the truck. Nothing. Now, I had gotten there almost as early as they opened up, around 9:15am, because I didn't want to spend my entire day buying a car. Well, I had to wait for a manager to get out of his meeting to get an offer. I used the USAA Car buying service, and the sales manager had to go back a couple times to check the price because that's not what he had. I had the printout and could provide the price directly from USAA's app. He eventually gave me the price, but there is apparently a disconnect there and wanted to haggle, even though they advertise a "no-haggle" policy. He also completely ignored everything I mentioned about the trade-in value. I guess no haggle means they want to screw you out of any money and don't want to hear any complaints. I was also told that the system could only handle one sale at a time, which is another reason I had to wait. Yes, I was told it was being upgraded to handle six sales. Not even sure what to say to that.
All of the paperwork I signed was not very well explained, but I was probably there for about 3 hours now so I didn't question too much. It was then on to finance. Before even speaking to anyone, I was just told that I need to have my bank/credit union to send the dealership my "drafting paperwork." No one explained what that was, just expected me to contact them and understand what to do. My bank explained most of it to me and I was working on completing the loan when I went to the finance manager's office. The first thing he asked was if I had sent the draft paperwork yet. I told him I was working on it and he seemed a little impatient. "Ok, just let me know when you send it." Ok... thanks... will do. No one even asked me if I was making a down payment and I had to stop him before going forward with the paperwork to do so. I then had to call my bank a couple times to get my daily limit changed. Again, he seemed a little impatient. He really didn't explain any of the paperwork, again. And I walked out of there with a copy of about 3 pages of the 20 pages he went through. He basically just said, "ok, you're done." And that was it. Okay... great?
I walked out and waited for probably another hour before the new truck I had bought had come out from getting cleaned. What took so long? And why didn't they start earlier? As I was sitting there waiting for my truck to appear out of somewhere, my salesman was just sitting outside on the lot looking at a couple of cars. He came in once and mentioned that the detail guys may have taken a lunch break and he didn't know what was taking so long. Then he walked back out. I'm a very patient person, but it was now 1:30pm, over 4 hours after I arrived, and no one said a word to me for the next 20-30 mins. Finally, thank God, my truck appeared and I was very happy to get out of there.
I was told my registration plates would "probably" be mailed to me in a few weeks. Great, instilling more confidence in this dealership. I got a call yesterday that I had to go down to the DMV to complete the titling and registration of my truck. I've never heard of anything like that. I can't believe the dealership was unable to even complete this portion correctly.
It has been 3 weeks now, and to this day my loan is still not approved at my bank because the finance manager is incompetent. He has not sent the proper documentation to finalize the loan. I contacted the bank and they they hadn't received any paperwork. When I called him, he stated he had sent the paperwork almost a week after the sale was complete and to call my bank. I received another call from my bank stating one document was missing and the other was not legible. If my loan goes through properly prior to the expiration of the approval date range, I will be amazed.
And then finally, I received an email from Danilo DeLeon, the General Manager, about my online inquiry, after I had already bought the truck asking if everything was handled to my satisfaction. I provided him with the same information listed above, and have not received any reply back almost 3 weeks later.
Bottom line, avoid this dealership like the plague. It's run by incompetent neanderthals.
BEWARE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! - sesakw
BEWARE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
So, my military son hit a pot hole and punctured his tire on the edge where it was irreparable. Took it to Hoy service, he had a tire and wheel policy to cover repairs. Josh in service advised him that the warranty company, Fidelity Warranty, denied the claim because the customer drove on the tire flat and abused the tire. After talking to my son, he did not know who the warranty company was or why it was declined. He called the dealership where he purchased the car and found out it was US warranty not Fidelity. The Adviser had flat out lied! I even talked to the adviser and he told me the same thing! The claim was denied due to customer abuse. Well if there is no contract with Fidelity the conversation would be "whats the VIN number, you have no contract" end of discussion. How do I know? I am a veteran adviser. I deal with these companies every day! So I asked for the service manager and got Willie who said he was the assistant to the service manager. (according to the web site he is the service manager) More Lies! I informed him who the warranty company was and he said he was not set up to deal with them. (Half truth!) The warranty company said they could take the claim over the phone and pay it in minutes. During this time the tech came into the office and exclaimed "are these idiots still arguing over the warranty?" Not realizing he was standing next to my son! So after 3 hours from the time my son arrived, the claim was paid and the car released and my son left. Never to return. This should have been an easy warranty claim. I have no idea whats going on. I only know they tried to charge my son $226 for a repair covered by tire warranty.!
I was very disappointed in the way your dealership did... - Luisdavila
I was very disappointed in the way your dealership did business this past weekend. I drove from Laredo, Texas to buy a used Ford mustang posted online. I made an appointment and drove 2 hours and 45 minutes from Laredo to buy the vehicle. I also took the day off of work. The internet manager called me when I was on the road to make sure I was going to make the appointment. Upon arrival I was notified that the vehicle was going to be sold wholesale. I was upset considering I lost a day off of work, fuel and time. I then requested to speak with manager. I approached the manager Chris to address my concern, his response was I'm on a phone call and I dont want to lose my spot. I proceeded to voice my concern and he apologized while waiting on the phone. I was not his concern obviously since his phone call was more important than a would be customer. I am very disappointed with vw of alamo heights if I could give a negative star rating I definitely would.
