We met Greg and he was the best!! I told him what I was looking for and he went above and beyond to get me a great car and gave me a great deal. Our salesman, JOHN PARKINSON, kept us in the loop on all things related to the vehicle. We did a test drive last year and liked it, just no need yet. He followed up and we decided to see what there was and he let us know that he would track vehicle deliveries for what we were needing. 2 months later the call came in and I ran down there to put a downpayment on it and a month later the vehicle arrived and we finished all the paperwork. He kept us in the loop the entire time. Love the new Atlas and only 7 miles on it. Thank you JOHN PARKINSON for staying on top of this for us and our growing family of grandchildren.

Traded my truck in for a 3rd row SUV and the process couldn’t have been more pleasant! We got there about 7pm (they close at 9) and we were out the door by 10:30pm in our new car. Robert was excellent to work with despite him having to stay late for us. We even chit chatted about life events… he was in no rush even though it was after 9pm! He had the car I called about washed and ready out front when my husband and I pulled up. He didn’t try to up sell us in any type of way either! Very personable gentleman. Patrick assisted us when it was time to sign documents and wow… just wow! I would make the hour and a half drive back to Frisco just to do business with him again! He’s got great taste in music too :). Nonetheless, hands down the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had! Haggle and hassle free 100%! When the time comes around again, I will certainly consider going back to Hendrick Volkswagen in Frisco! Highly recommend!

This is second time this location screwed up a vehicle of mine. Power steering pump fell off after factory revall repair. I am a bodyman with 40 years experience. I also do mechanic work. Have 2 high end diagnostic tools. Mazda 3 PATS system needed reset. Mazda requires an in code which you must pay for. Decided to just pay dealer. They shut the battery tray under the hood and damaged hood and hinges. Now the car does not run. They probably fried the PCM. Car history shows it only put out 2 codes ever. They have been unresponsive and quite frankly incompetent

Had a horrible experience at this dealership. I had a deal over the phone three messaging that they sent and we agreed to price. Got to the dealership to make deal and they lead me around trying to get me lesser model and would honor the pricing they gave me . Justin was the worst Mgr. I have all messaging and asked for owners information. He refused to give me email or other information to his supervisors. I wouldn’t give them a referral ever or business until they make it right. Don’t shop here!!!

Worst service and communication I have experienced. The service manager clearly did not know what was going on and my car did not get the service it needed. They had my car a couple of times and the service manager said “deal with me next time” so we did. My car came back with an alternator that needed to be replaced and the service people didn’t try to find out why in the 2 weeks they had my car. My car is only 3 years old and shouldn’t have needed 2 alternators in the past few months. What a joke! They also reported that my radio was not working because the wrong windshield had been placed in my car. Another dealership confirmed that the windshield is correct and does not contain the antenna. I would advise anybody with a VW to go elsewhere for service.
There was actually a piece of trim missing from my driver’s side door when picked up and my car was nasty dirty.

Worst Experience ever, no doubt buying a car is horrible, "First they make you"buy items the you don't need... like nitrogen for tires, etching and a pinstripe 🧐🧐400 dlls. Everybody is paying for that and you dont need it. Then you agree to the number and when you get there to do the deal after waiting 3 weeks for the vehicle from the original date of arrival.... they hit you with 4000 dlls less on the trade in. Is ridiculous what they do. They excuse is " maket change" but whe had a deal and buyer's orde and my vehicle was in excellent condition.... just to make more money. Thank you Jerry Macias

If I was able to give this dealership no stars I absolutely would! This was my son's first car purchasing experience. He worked with Jacob who we found out was let go shortly after our experience. He sold my son a car that was not ok'd by the manager to be sold. It had more than $11k worth of work most being safety issues that made it unsafe to drive. This included broken/bent control arms, brakes and rotors that were metal to metal, power steering rack that was leaking, and the pump and hoses were damaged as well. Wheel hubs that were not installed correctly and I could go on and on with the repair report that we received. I ended up finally speaking with the used sales manager Edward. They ended up "swapping" the car. This also ended up being a nightmare!! We ended up having to settle with a car that had front end damage and high miles. I was promised it would be a simple process but they ended up running our credit again as if we were purchasing another car. Then I went in to sign the new paperwork and I notified them before heading in I had a short time available and they assured me that I would be a quick process. Not sure what their definition of quick is but I ended up being stuck there for over 3hrs!! During this time they promised to fix a part on the car and that they would fill up his gas tank, My son had to leave his car there thankfully he got a loaner but had to go back the next day to pick his car up so the repairs could be made. When he arrived he was told that they couldn't repair the piece that was promised and told him that it needed to be replaced but they would not do it because they couldn't spend more on that car. They also only gave $15 for gas after promising to fill it up. I will NEVER go there again!!!

I own my car but brought it in the the dealership to have some wear and tear work fixed. For one, my hood stays up when you open it and the mechanic broke that piece so the hood has no way of supporting itself up anymore. Two, the piece they were supposed to replace wasn’t done right the first time so now I’m back to square one and payed hundreds. Just like throwing money in the garbage.

with Oliver Johnson to submit for a refund and for GAP refund. After about a week or so didn't feel easy about this form being sent in. So, went back and spoke with Renee Schmidt-Birman to ask her to check on this. She took the time to check to see if the form had been submitted. She sent it in also. She has great Customer Service skills. Anyway, finally spoke with Oliver Johnson and was told we could pick up he check from the dealership soon. Well, here we are at nearly the end of week 14 and no check. I also, left a message for accounting. Of course, NO RESPONSE yet!! Someone needs to let me know when the xxxx I can pick this check up, If I owed them money they would sure as the devil harass me for it. NOT AT ALL HAPPY!!!
