When I first called, Seth picked up the phone and immediately put me at ease. My older RAV4 could no longer be driven, and I needed to trade it in and get something new the same day. I had another appointment with a different Toyota dealership the next day, but after speaking with Seth I knew Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was the place to go, I canceled my other appointment and I’m so glad I did! They made the process completely hassle-free, took my old car off my hands, and I drove home in a brand-new Toyota that very night. Seth and Joseph Wright were incredible—knowledgeable and helpful. Max in Finance made the paperwork smooth and stress-free, and Sid the Manager helped finalize everything. The entire team even stayed late after closing to make sure the deal was complete. This dealership took care of me from start to finish.

We worked with Patrick, who helped us get a 2025 Toyota Crown Signia XLE in the color combo we wanted (Storm Cloud with Black Leather), helped us select the port add-ons that we wanted and deleted ones we didn't. A great deal, no high pressure sales tactics, no nonsense, just a great buying experience. Would definitely buy from again. He had another customer he was still working with when we arrived for our appointment, but we were never left alone for more than a few minutes, which I thought was excellent service given the circumstances.

It is rare these days for businesses to go the extra mile to please a customer but hats off to Texana (Cecil Atkission) Toyota to going the extra 330 miles. After having a 2023 Toyota bZ4x sold out from under me by Shottenkirk Toyota in Hudson Oaks, TX, Terry Sinclair called offering to do a deal online and deliver the car from Orange to Fort Worth. After the deal was done in about an hour at 8pm on a Friday night (kudos to Muriel Brown the finance manager), there were some EV learning curve issues with the gentlemen who were driving the vehicle up Saturday and they had to turn back. The General Manager Mike Grewenig called profusely apologized and offered to have Mr. Sinclair drive the car up overnight Saturday, a $250 Amazon gift card and a second key. I didn't want anyone on the road all night for a vehicle so they shipped to vehicle Monday. Subsequently, they delivered all promises. If they have a vehicle you want, reach out to Texana Toyota and they will treat you right!!! Their customer service is off the charts!!!
