Buying a car from Bham Infinity was an all around great experience!! Starting and ending with Tiffany Williams, my sales person. She dots every i and crosses every t before you even have time to ask. She is thoughtful of her client every step of the way. She never leaves you wondering as she walks through the entire process full of patience!! And not being a techy person…… I really needed this!! She totally wowed me when she called me in response to an inquiry I made thru Costco about a car. After hearing a description of the car I was looking for, she sent me 3 videos of cars on the lot that fit my description! She nailed it on the head. The videos were perfect!! So, I met her at the dealership to take a look myself. We went for a test drive. After a long day and narrowing it down to 2, she did not pressure me , but let me sleep on it. The next morning she drove one car and I drove the other to my house to make sure the car would fit into my garage. It did! My time with Tiffany was as if we were just hanging out together enjoying one another’s company. In the end, before I drove off the lot a VERY satisfied customer, she sat in my new car with me to make sure my phone was connected to the car, that all safety features were on and that I could navigate myself through the electronic side of the car. But thankful for my new friend😜! I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and my experience with buying a new car from Infinity of B’ham!! It is such a friendly up beat environment where the people enjoy working together and pleasing their people. The Sales Manager, Julius, and Finance Manager, Luke, were just as patient with us and sealed the deal perfectly!! We spent more on the car than we had planned but it was worth every last penny of it!! And, before leaving, we enjoyed having an opportunity to grab some dinner boxes from Guthrie’s for Tiffany to share…… she (and many others) went the whole day without eating! Craziness! So dedicated!! She called me the next day so thankful that I was her customer!! If she only knew what a TRUE angel sent by God she was to me! I know I would still looking if it wasn’t for those 3 videos!

I bought an SUV from DriveTime Huntsville Al on 11/14/25 on 11/16/25 we found the wheel bearing was going out. Contacted the DriveTime store Manager on 11/17/25. She sent me to the warranty service. This was a weeks long of hair pulling issues and misinformation from service provider. MS Tory called me 11/20/25 to follow up. At the time we had gotten nothing from warranty or service provider. On Saturday 11/22/25 I went to DriveTimes Huntsville Location sat down with the Mgr Tory I was frustrated and ready to just park this vehicle that I Truly Loved. I thought of even trying to make the attempt to repair it myself. But Ms. Tory professionally and with a true concern explained this is not normal and reassured me we could get it repaired. She made arrangements with Firestone to check the vehicle out. Tabatha at Firestone was amazing as well. She calmed me down she did her job with the knowledge and kindness that was very much an attitude change for me. She got the inspection done got the warranty claim submitted and the vehicle repaired in 4.5 hours versus the week long other situation. Thank you so very Much store Manager Tory at DriveTime and Tabatha Moore @ Firestone you both did what you said you were going to do. This kept me from getting angry or worse trying to repair this myself. This 2019 Ford Explorer Limited is now drivable and I truly love this vehicle. Thank you so very much.
