Bought a preowned crosstrek from this dealer a week ago even before we left after all paperwork and they washed the car and getting it ready to deliver, spotted a nail in the rear tire. Took it home the car stayed in the garage over the weekend we found out one of the head light was not working. So we brought the car back on the way there, I spotted a tiny chip on the passenger side of the windshield. The headlight was having electrical issues which in the warranty. They refused to fix the chip claiming that they inspected the car before listing it. If they did a thorough inspection as they claimed, why didn’t they see the headlight and the nail issues?

I recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Forester from Modesto Subaru. I originally built my car online and received a timely returned call from Emily Gonzalez. She listened to my needs and arranged for my husband and I to come in to the dealership. We discussed model options and test drove vehicles. She was low pressure, attentive and worked hard to find the right car for me. The model I chose was not in Modesto at the time. Emily drove to Shingle Springs and brought back the car I purchased.
