I would have had a 5 star review because everything with the deal at autonation CDJR was excellent until yesterday when I came back in with the rest of my down payment. My sales rep and my finance rep were both off and left no notes for the staff about where my completed paperwork was or where my key was. So a simple process that should have only taken 10 to 15 minutes took about a hour n half. My sales rep and finance rep both knew on Tuesday that I would be in to finish the deal and take possession of the car any day. So knowing that they would both be off the following day, an excellent decision would have been to leave a note or send email to other reps that would be there on their off day. Just a little frustrated regarding the final experience yesterday. Also a little frustrated that I only received one key to the car. So, to get another key is going to cost me quite a bit of money.

The staff were very kind and helpful.,always willing to go above and beyond for me. All of them were fantastic especially my salesman, Julio Navarro. We worked together over a 6 week period..He was always willing to search for a particular vehicle for me,even though I changed my mind about 6 times.Not only was Julio patient he was kind, and very knowledgeable about each vehicle. This made me feel very comfortable. I ended up purchasing a Mazda CX-5, and left with a smile on my face.The car is AMAZING, I love it. It's everything and more that Julio said it would be.
