5-Star Review for Larry H. - Scott
5-Star Review for Larry H. Miller Toyota Corona – Service Department Excellence!
If you're looking for a dealership that truly stands behind the vehicles they sell and the customers who drive them, look no further than Larry H. Miller Toyota in Corona. My name is Scott Fellhoelter from Canyon Lake, Ca and I have had the pleasure of bringing my Toyota Tundra Pro to this location for both routine service and specialized repairs—and every single time, the service team has delivered above and beyond expectations.
This most recent visit involved a front-end lane centering camera replacement and addressing a factory misalignment issue with a rear bumper panel that had never quite fit right since day one. I was blown away by the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to “getting it right.”
Celeste Abreo, my dedicated Service Advisor, has consistently been a standout across all my visits—prompt, caring, and thorough. She is a true asset to the dealership and someone who sincerely looks out for the customer. Alongside her, Andrew, the Service Foreman, has twice gone the extra mile by reprogramming vehicle systems and making custom adjustments that most service departments wouldn’t even entertain. He ensured I was placed in a like-for-like Tundra rental from their courtesy fleet, keeping my experience seamless while parts were on order.
I also had the pleasure of working with Martin, the Service Department Manager, who personally made sure I was informed and satisfied with each step. But the moment that really sealed my loyalty was when Sammy, the General Manager, took time out of his schedule to speak with me directly. He explained that the level of service I was receiving was modeled after Nordstrom’s gold-standard type customer care—and I can say firsthand, they are living up to that promise.
This dealership, from top to bottom, is staffed by people who care and who act. They are backed by a corporate Toyota team that clearly stands behind their product. Case in point: in response to a manufacturer issue, Toyota is proactively replacing engines on all 2022 and 2023 Tundras—a massive undertaking that shows their deep commitment to their customers. That is tens of thousands of vehicles, NOT including mine. I'M HAPPY IT DIDNT INCLUDE MINE. However if it had, I'm assured Toyota would have made everything right for me and when I'm spending 76K on a truck nowadays, I want it cared for in the same manner I care for it. My friends with Dodge TRX and Ford Raptors don't have this type of quality in their trucks.
My Toyota Tundra Pro is hands-down the favorite vehicle I’ve ever owned—and part of that experience is knowing it’s supported by people who stand behind their work and their word. I wholeheartedly and confidently recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota Corona to anyone who owns or is considering a Toyota. You won’t just be getting a great vehicle—you’ll be gaining a service team that treats you like family. If you have questions about my experience or want a recommendation, feel free to reach out to my email @ lawyerposm@aol.com and I'm happy to reply. Scotty
