I went in for the 55,000-mile service on my 2009 Venza. I had a $69.95 coupon to use for an oil & filter change, plus tire rotation. They also washed my car which was great. They told me I had an oil leak, but I don't remember where. It wasn't too bad right now and it would cost about $6600 to fix, so I said I didn't want to do that now. The wait time wasn't bad since they have a comfortable lounge area, free coffee, and a nice TV. My Service rep, Eric, was very pleasant and friendly.
