It was taken longer to fix than I anticipated so Shayne got me an Uber to the place I wanted to be and pick me when I was done. I was surprised!! No question ask! Shayne was super awesome and a great guy to talk to. He even walk out with me waiting on Uber. It was my first time riding on Uber for the very first time. I told Shayne I was nervous riding with someone I didn't know and if the person was legit. He reassure me everything is going to be alright!! I am excited and grateful to have purchased my 3rd Mazda SUV with Cox Mazda! The experience was so easy and pleasant. Dalila, the sales person, was ready and waiting for us with the car already running and cooling for our test drive which was much appreciated during the Florida summer. Jimmy and Joe in finance were fair and informative without undue or uncomfortable pressure. I was able to set the price exactly where I wanted it to be from my research.
