I had the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had last week at Bob Rohrman Indy East Side! My salesman, Tony McCracken, worked so hard finding me exactly what I wanted. He found the perfect Jeep Renegade that I was looking for. He performed a miracle with the financial situation I was in and I was amazed! He even came to get me on the other side of town to bring me in to the dealership to sign all my paperwork. It was so fast and easy, and everyone was so friendly! I have told all my friends about Tony! He’s got real sales skills! He means what he says when he says he can get you in a vehicle no matter what financial burden you have. I am telling all my friends to go see Tony! He is absolutely the best!

Jon was an amazing salesman! We were told that the van would be detailed inside and out when we came back to pick it up the next day... it was walked, but nothing done on the inside. I was disappointed! Jon has told me that I can bring it in for detailing as soon as I return for vacation.

Service was good! Great customer service, they didn't took too long this time so that was good, the only complaint I have at the moment is that they don't wash the cars after each service! I am from Chicago and all the dealerships that I have purchased cars/ SUV's from like Honda, Jeep, Mini Cooper and BMW they always wash the cars when they are done with whatever service they performed to my vehicles and you guys don't. Is that just a Chicago/ Illinois thing ?

Very helpful. Was not impressed with her detail work we were looking at the car after it supposedly been detailed and there were dog hairs left in the inside of the car underneath the rubber car mats when we pulled up them. There were a ton of dog hairs underneath on the fabric car mats. The windows inside and out, including the mirrors and the navigation system look like they had been washed with an old shop rag. They were the most blurt dirtiest filthiest looking windows I’ve ever seen. I had to bring it home and rewash the windows and sweep all the dog hairs out! So I wasn’t impressed with their detail work at all!
