Wally was straight to the point, even the things I didn't want to hear, but rather have honesty over a b*llsh*t explanation. I did make several phone calls negotiating and working out the deal, but spent about 1 hr completing the purchase. I did not spend half my day at a dealership wondering if I was going to complete the purchase. Outstanding customer service, water and drinks on hand , beautiful show room.
