Repairs have been done completely and expeditiously. Services have been equally good. I have enjoyed every part of my association with this company and would return the next time I’m car shopping.

It was great service - I just always feel you guys leave a message about things I need and then I struggle with timing, calling back to confirm or knowing when my car is ready. When I tried calling - 3xs I was put on hold 5-15 min and never answered. Also the phone number to call in the text that you guys send in the beginning is not correct.

Awesome - Wow. What an experience on purchasing my 2026 Pathfinder. Beginning with slowly looking at cars on Four Stars Nissan and the General Manager walking around on the lot with the Owner says to me to let him know if I’d like to see inside any vehicle.and he would get it opened for us. I was not aware of his position. Just thought he was showing someone a vehicle. My wife and I returned the evening and just happened to see the same two gentleman and asked if either one was a salesperson. They both immediately introduced themselves and immediately helped us get started at seeing the vehicle we desired. We got there about a quarter to 7 pm and they close around 8 pm. We left around 8:10 pm having completed a test drive with an agreement on the deal but felt like we were leaving from a most enjoyable meeting with our family. The most amazing experience ever, briefly speaking with the owner and then the GM and Sales Associate D’Angelo Davis were both tremendously friendly, caring, professional, so courteous listening to us presenting the offer on the Pathfinder. We returned the next day to complete the purchase. Truly no one tried to sell us the vehicle we were interested in with a tremendously awesome deal. We share, they shared, we agreed on what we all felt was the best deal ever. Our experience with all the Four Stars Nissan staff from beginning to end was beyond extraordinary. I recommend Four Stars Nissan to everyone one wanting to enjoy one of the best experiences ever in your life. They truly care about you and providing you with the best that be done. Thank you Four Stars Nissan staff. We really appreciate every one of you and how we were treated.

Sam was friendly, a good listener, and made sure we were the most important client in the showroom. We had a similar experience with Finance Manager Ruben Rodriguez, another pro who made the purchase of the vehicle seamless. If you purchase a new or used car at Ancira Kia, I strongly recommend reaching Sam and Ruben. The best duo in the business.
