Ariel was my advisor during a recent visit to drop off my Outback as the occupant detector sensor was going off in the passenger seat--even though there wasn't a passenger or any heavy objects on the seat. Ariel was super approachable, knowledgeable and set great standards and expectations around the turnaround time. The technician, Justin was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I also appreciated the customer service desk with Teresa, and how effective/efficient they were in handling my rideshare to get to/from the dealership as loaners weren't available at the time. Very pleasant experience overall!

They made recommendations based on year/mile of m car and searched for recalls on the vehicle. I given enough information to choose or decline what I was not interested in without pressure. For the most part it's not so much about the mistake as is what you do to do to rectify the problem.
