Came in on a whim looking at some cars and Conner came out, introduced himself and started showing me some civics, he was extremely professional and polite while not pushing a sale on us, just very informative on the cars and pricing. When all was said and done what initially was a trip to look at cars, I ended up driving off the lot with one. Will be sending everyone I know who is tempted to look at cars to Conner, cannot stress out good of a salesman he is.

I recently brought my 2002 Toyota Highlander to Casey Toyota in Williamsburg, VA, and I can say without hesitation that this was the best service experience I’ve had in over 25 years of owning and maintaining Toyota vehicles across the country. From the moment I arrived, Service Advisor Michael Rosa demonstrated outstanding professionalism, transparency, and care. He took the time to walk through the diagnostics, kept me fully informed during the process, and coordinated with the technician to ensure every concern was addressed — including one that had gone unresolved for years. The work performed included valve cover gasket replacement, spark plugs, cylinder gaskets, ignition coil, air surge gaskets, and more. The technician did an excellent job — the engine now runs smoother than it has in a long time, and even a persistent VSC light issue (introduced by a different dealer and never resolved elsewhere) was completely resolved as a result of their thorough and knowledgeable repair work. Having owned and serviced Toyotas in NYC, Ithaca, San Antonio, Dallas, Albany GA, Augusta GA, Virginia Beach, Newport News, and Boston MA, I’ve worked with many Toyota service departments over the years. None have matched the diligence, professionalism, and conduct of the team at Casey Toyota, and particularly Michael Rosa and the technician who worked on my Highlander. I left with full confidence in the quality of the repair, and tremendous appreciation for the honest and skilled service I received. I recently brought my car in for routine maintenance, and they identified an issue with my head gasket and were able to get it resolved in two days, saving me a much larger and more expensive repair in the future. I especially want to highlight my service advisor, Damian. From the second I walked in he kept me as informed as possible about what was going on with my vehicle. Despite being very busy, he checked in with me frequently and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the maintenance being performed. Finally, after learning that I was going on a road trip soon, he gave me thoughtful recommendations on services to help ensure my car was safe. Damian made what could have been a stressful and expensive visit incredibly smooth. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service.

Shelly went above and beyond to do everything she could to get me into a car within my price range and to make sure it was reliable!! It definitely helps that Shelly has a great personality too! She even picked me up and dropped me off at my apartment because I was without a vehicle at the time. I was super impressed and am very happy I purchased my car from Shelly at HoneyCar Charlottesville!! Highly recommend. We were looking for a very specific truck. Mentioned to Tony what we were wanting with a link to the truck at another dealership. He promptly got back to us and said that truck had been sold however he found another and was working to get it to the dealership. Without us asking, they moved the truck that night and let us know was there that morning. Had everything ready as I was out of town for work. When I got there that evening, we bought the truck. Very fair trade in price and great price on the new truck. So easy to deal with and was out within 90 min with the new vehicle. Highly recommend Tony helping you!

We went on a Friday at 6pm to look at the vehicle and talk numbers on my trade-in. Haley gave me more than any other dealer had offered for my trade and got me right where I wanted to be with my monthly payment on a my new vehicle. Eric, the salesman who helped us answered every question, stayed after hours, and ensured that everything went smoothly with the finance side of things. I can't say enough good things about Haley, this is the 3rd vehicle my husband and I have purchased from them and we will continue to be loyal to the Haley group as they have always treated us fairly and have the best price around.
