The absolute best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. No pressure sales or games. Fair prices and trade in values. Taylor listened to what I wanted and was personable, quick, efficient, and just a great guy. Same with the finance guy (sorry I forgot his name). The vehicle I was interested in was already washed , had gas and waiting for us. I will never go anywhere else.

I received a text from Dasia Morrison Friday morning about bringing my Compass in for a trade in. At the time I was in the middle of refinancing my monthly payment but I thought what the heck? I can’t lose either way. I made my way down, greeted as always when I walk into the place (thank you Kathy for getting the process started). Met Dasia Morrison and with her help along with Howie the sales manager and Umar we took a crack at the best option I could walk out with. It was a long day but they didn’t give up on me. I ended up with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler, a vehicle I’ve always wanted. I will be back to this same dealership again in the future and god willing the same people will be there. Thank you Team Ourisman! A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

They let us test drive everything we wanted to try, and then made suggestions after listening to all our pros and cons. His top pick was the winner and we went home with a better deal than we ever imagined! Jordi and Ben were both very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood all the details about the pricing/financing as well as all the driving and technical features of this newer Grand Cherokee hybrid model. A nice bonus was the follow-up phone call from Jordi a few days later to see how things were going and answer any questions. He even offered a follow-up visit to go over any features that needed more explanation for us! Would definitely recommend Miracle in Elverson for a great buying experience!

Never thought I'd buy a car remotely, but these folks were the closest dealer to my home in NC that had a blue Pacifica Hybrid. Every other dealer had only boring white. Smooth transaction. One way airfare to Harrisburg, they picked me up at my hotel in my car and drove to the dealership to do the paperwork. I had all the figures in my email in advance and there were no surprises and got what I consider a fair deal.

The best auto buying experience from my living room. I was shopping around for a Jeep Gladiator to get out of my leased 2024 Nissan Frontier I live in New Jersey, went to a bunch of dealerships in my area, I see David's commercials all the time and decided to find out if he was actually my dealer and just didn't know it. I started by texting my interest in the Gladiator they had on their lot. Quick response from Sam, we were trying to get to the numbers that would work for me, took about a few hours back and forth by text. Finally they came back with a number in my budget with taking my Frontier lease. Here's the best part, Joe R called me said we are getting paperwork finalized and that they would deliver the vehicle to my house and sign everything at my house. Eli in finance discussed the paperwork and agreed on everything. Mind you Im about 90 minutes away from them. Joe R salesman should up dressed nice, happy smile, we chatted a bit. Signed the paperwork, took the plates off Frontier and Drove off. Leaving me with a beautiful truck. I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago - Ethan

I bought a 2017 jeep wrangler less than two weeks ago with a 1000 mile warranty which is basic for a used car. Two days ago I noticed the jeep making odd noises and pulling to the side. When I looked at it the driver side front brakes were completely eaten away and the caliper was seized. When I contacted the dealership they told me they only cover the power train and will not fix the brake issue. I do not feel that a car I bought less then 2 weeks ago should have broken already and then the dealership not honor any kind of warranty. I will not buy another car from them again.
