We've been a Subaru Outback family for decades.. so there was little other option when we needed another vehicle for our new driver. The Crosstrek provided all the safety, security and longevity that we needed - so when I told Matt I was interested in a used Crosstrek with low mileage, single owner but most importantly: GOOD SERVICE RECORDS - he quickly found a few that would work for our family. Of course, I chose one that he didn't have on the lot but he was able to quickly retrieve it for us to test out within 30 minutes. Of course it fit everything I asked for. Zero stress, Zero pressure, Zero complications. There was even a 'wild animal' demonstration in the dealership when I showed up - testament to Subaru's longstanding commitment to the environment. The financial office was a breeze, much thanks to Marco. The Crosstrek is definitely dog friendly - and is making an excellent addition to our family. I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best. Jared Bowman was amazing to work with. Great communication and very upfront about the cars I was looking at and what to expect. I came into the dealership several times while shopping around, and Jared went above an beyond and was easily the best salesman I've worked with (including from other Mazda dealerships in the same ownership group.) The only ding on the experience is on the back of house operation. I went out of town and told the dealership I would have to receive ownership the car on the Friday after New Years. I was called by one of the managers and was told the car was ready to be picked up after the porters/service center had a whole week to prep the car and get the state inspections/emissions/CPO done. I came in to pick it up and all the sales and dealership stickers + adhesive was still all over the car and windows, empty gas tank, and the car was covered in bird crap as it was parked under trees after it went through the inspections. Needless to say, Jared and I were both quite upset. Jared made it right by jumping the car to the front of the line and got the car filled up, cleaned, and ready for me in under 30 minutes. I would still recommend this dealership. Was by far the least stressful experience I've had car buying.

The dealership provided me with a loaner car for 48 hours while my Audi was being serviced, which made the process very convenient. Marcus, the general manager, handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and care. They even delivered my new Audi directly to my residence and picked up the loaner car, which I greatly appreciated. I addition, they provided me with a complimentary first-year service. Upon purchasing the vehicle, I also received an excellent trade-in value for my Lexus.and a great discount on my new Audi. Overall, I'm satisfied with a service and recommend this dealership.

Andrii was a pleasure to work with, from the moment I first contacted this dealership, he immediately got to work and started working with me for about a month to find the car that was right for me. When I first connected with Andrii through a contact form I filled out with the dealership, he was straightforward, kind, and made the buying experience truly enjoyable. I haad the 4 series in mind, I thought it would be perfect for me. But he wanted me to test drive the car first, and I really quickly realized, that it was not the one. He also knew I didn’t enjoy it as much as I thought I would, while we were going back and forth on models I could try, I happen to peak on the window of an X3. The Espresso Brown color peaked my interest, and I opened the vehicle, i sat on the driver’s seat and I fell in love. He also noticed my reaction and quickly looked up a few X3s I could Test Drive and that I would probably like with the features I wanted. He found the one and I came back the next day to test drive it. After we did the drive, I knew, he knew, I called my mom, so she knew too hahaha I was so in love with this X3. A few days later he worked with me and gave me a really good deal on the vehicle. I’m so happy I didn’t pick the model I thought I wanted, and the best part is that he never pushed me to get it either because he knew the series 4 wasn’t my car. The difference in my excitement when I drove the series 4 to when i drove the X3 told him everything he needed to know, and he knew that was my car! I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. The car is gorgeous, and I hope to buy my next one from him as-well. Truly an excellent person, wth attention to detail, not pushy, and committed to finding the car for YOU and your lifestyle.
