We had, hands down, the best sales experience ever with Ales Oleky at BMW on Capital in Raleigh. We have owned 4 BMWs previously and was considering a new make and model. In our assessment of vehicles BMW was our last stop. Ales is amazing. Let me say this again Ales IS amazing. He knows everything about all the models and their benefits. He listens to what you say you want and what you state as your budget. He is extremely patient and there was zero pressure to buy a car we didn't want nor fid he use the scare or pressure tactics that many sales people use. He should hold a Master Class because I have been buying cars for 40 years and in my opinion Ales' style and professionalism are exceptional. One day sales people will figure out that customers "will buy" if the product is good and the service during the sales cycle is comfortable and informative. When I trade or have a need for a second car I will look for Ales. Simply the best!

Russ doesn’t feel like a salesman. He actively listens, engages, and approaches the search for a new auto like a partner who genuinely wants to align the right car with your needs. On the financial side, Johanna Que stood out with equal measure. Her title is Business Manager, but she works more like a trusted advisor and strategist, blending financial precision with care and welcomeness in every conversation. Russ & Johanna, they just create a rare balance of professionalism and personal connection. Because of Russ and Johanna, Autopark feels less like a dealership and more like a place I can count on. As long as they’re here, this is where I’ll keep returning.

The overall atmosphere of the dealership was relaxed and welcoming. Both the general manager and finance manager were very polite. Additionally, the playroom provided allowed our youngest child to be entertained, enabling us to conduct business more efficiently. This was by far the most friendliest dealership I purchased a vehicle from especially considering this is my first Volkswagen. I had a great experience with Jaguar Raleigh. Neal Harrigan was my sales guide and from my initial call of inquiry to the final signing of papers he was professional and friendly. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I bought a low priced used vehicle but I felt that I received the same treatment I would have gotten if I had been buying a brand new car. They were open and up front about any issues they noted on the truck I was looking at. I felt that I received a fair trade in offer on my old vehicle and a fair price on the truck I bought. The buying process was seamless and hassle free. I would recommend Jaguar Raleigh to anyone looking for an honest, professional and friendly car buying experience.

End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

Though I did not end up making a purchase due to outside factors, I will recommend Westgate Kia to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I went in originally looking to speak with another salesman that had recently worked with my best friend. Wes told me he wasn’t sure if he was available, and since I could already tell right off the bat that Wes seemed like a good guy, I opted to work with him. He later informed me that the other salesman was available if I was interested— by that point I had a strong foundation with Wes and wanted to continue working with him, but that alone showed me what a wonderful person he was. Throughout the entire process, he was transparent, patient, and seemed genuinely interested in unrelated things I talked about rather than just feigning interest to get a sale. Eventually, sales manager Jake joined us, and I found him to have the same character as Wes. The experience I had at this dealership was a complete 180 from the experience I had at a different one the day before. I was treated like an actual human, they didn’t act like they thought I was stupid, and they stayed level with me even when I kept pushing small things. Naturally, they inquired about a credit application, but I never once felt pressured into doing anything I did not want to do, unlike at some dealerships where a pen is pushed into my hand every 30 seconds. Thank you Wes & Jake for your commitment to a happy customer, regardless of the outcome!
