I am giving this experience with Jaguar Landover of - cvazquez2

I am giving this experience with Jaguar Landover of Raleigh a 5 star because of my salesman Claudius John. He was professional from the start and guided me on what to do with a difficult situation. It was because of him that we purchased our range rover sport and are so happy we did! We love it and would gladly do business with him again. I would go as far to say if anyone visits this dealership, they need to visit Claudis.

Great car buying experience with Chicago Motor Cars SC! - Josh@courtrightgroup.com

Great car buying experience with Chicago Motor Cars SC! Sanjin knew exactly what I wanted and got me locked in as soon as he had something for me. Sekou and Ricky helped coordinate everything smoothly and quickly for the pickup, and Sara made the purchase and financing a breeze! Erkan in the service department helped give me peace of mind as well. Top notch dealer all around! I will continue to buy and sell through them. They definitely have some high quality inventory that is hard to find, and if they don't have it they can get it.

Thank you very much to CAROLINA, our salesperson who made - jayvelarde

Thank you very much to CAROLINA, our salesperson who made it so very easy for us to find and buy the car we needed. In fact, it is the "quickest and easiest" car purchased we did ever. We looked at one particular car and that's it. Carolina showed the price and very thorough on answering every questions we asked and we honestly felt good after our purchased. We didn't feel we were haggled at all and we know she did her best to help us with the process of getting the car we wanted. You can tell she is a really a good person and her "aura" is full of positivity. She's AWESOME to deal with, she is happy and it shows that she love what she does. Overall, we believed that she understands the stress & feelings of her customers and the best thing that stands out about her is that "she was not pushy at all" and that is outstanding. She really did her best to make things easy for us especially on signing and closing the purchased. Very professional and will recommend her to anyone over and over again. We wish her all the best and may all the positivity she has, comes back to her a thousand times.

I reconnected with my roots and it makes me smile - we chose to stop by this family owned and operated dealership and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome! Carolina Volkswagen was honest, easy to do business with, and I’m pretty sure we've never had more fun at a dealership 😊.    The highest of praises to Team Anna, Chris, and Grayson and thanks for getting me back into the V-Dub Family with my new Cross Sport.

The communication regarding the issue and problems was exceptional. The market charges were fair for the work performed, and the updates provided before the repairs were completed were excellent.
