We had the most pleasant and informative experience at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram when we stopped by the check out new models we were interested in. The young man who helped us, Chase Cato, was so knowledgeable about all the inventory, very polite and gave us all the info we were looking for and then some. We informed him that we were fact-finding and he still exhibited the same enthusiasm about the vehicles even though we told him we weren’t ready to buy that day. Now we're stillwithout a title and it's been since November 18th 2022. Seems fishey to me. Nothing but the run around and on hold wasting my time. SO IT IS TIME TO GET THE COURTS INVOLVED MORE MONEY TO FILE IN MAGISTRATE COURT. PLEASE DONT BUY YOUR CAR HERE THEY ARE MISERABLE PEOPLES TO DEAL WITH . I REGRET GOING TO THEM.
