I drove 3 and a half hours up to Erdman Nissan to buy a used truck, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The initial negotiation on the vehicle took some time as we worked through the numbers, but the management team was professional, respectful, and willing to work with me until we met at a fair price that fit my budget. Once we agreed on the deal, the finance department was excellent. They made the entire paperwork process incredibly quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free with zero high-pressure games. Jaime the finance manager was top-notch and was the best finance manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. If you are an out-of-town buyer looking for an honest dealership that isn’t corporate or bought by private equity, and stands by their word, Erdman Nissan is worth the trip. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a vehicle at this dealership, and to be - Blueknight

Recently bought a vehicle at this dealership, and to be honest there was a small miscommunication about the final details of the purchase that I did not realize until weeks later. After voicing my concern the dealership was willing to work with us to bring the issue to a satisfactory resolution. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. As for the car itself, I was very satisfied with the sales process and the quality of the vehicle.

I waited a while to post this review cause I wanted to - sysurf80

I waited a while to post this review cause I wanted to see if the car I bought was as awesome as it seemed. Hint: "yes". I knew exactly the car, mileage, & year range I wanted. I found all the cars in central and south Florida that met my criteria, reached out to them, and started a harrowing experience. When I was narrowing my search, most of the dealer ratings were...terrible. Deceptive practices, etc. When I called I got the typical, "When can you come in to look at the car." Or "We don't give out pricing over the phone." Dude, I'm 150 miles away! In short, the reviews were pretty accurate. Who wants to travel all the way there just to find out all the extra fees they add on to their pricing. Those were a hard pass. In the mix, I happen to reach out to a small dealership locally with a car that matched my criteria. After talking to them (very friendly and not the typical salesy talk) , I then checked out their reviews...mostly all 5 stars. Nice! Called back and I told them I needed final OTD pricing and would do most of the process over the phone. They said, "No problem."...Wait, what? And they followed through on that commitment. Pricing received and BTW it ended up being slightly less. These guys made the entire process so fast and easy. Amazing, Finance that took about 20 minutes (I know, crazy) and the car is so nice! What a gem of a business! This is the way car buying should go. Finally, for me, a way to tell a little about the dealership regarding used cars is to look at the tires. Is it a grab bag of different brands? That's a place that couldn't care less. When I looked at the car, no...all matching. Did some research on the tire brand and found out its a solid brand...not Michelin but still really solid. Just more little details that these guys pay attention to. I tell everyone now about this place now. It's a gem. Thank you Harbor City Auto Sales! You guys Rock!

Denzel did a great job when we required warranty work for our 2018 MKX. He was very professional and courteous. Beth also handled an issue late on a Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend in Denzel’s absence and we were extremely appreciative of her assistance.

This place is a NIGHTMAREI purchased a 2005 Honda... - Charles P

This place is a NIGHTMARE I purchased a 2005 Honda Odyssey With the understanding that the issues I'd pointed out would be fixed (Burning oil, alignment, motor mount) I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and he's autistic He was so excited (he called it the mystery machine) The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back! (Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins. And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours! I drove it around the block and as I suspended NOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive, came in the back door and pulled the lady I'd been dealing with aside Told her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady I'd just take my money back! She talked to the mechanic and said(he's gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and it'll be done when I get back Well 2 hours later it wasn't finished ad getting late outside I said I'd come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed! And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replaced So when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tell's me No REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said That's not wat he told me! I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop payment It took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim and Now the vans still at there lot (or so they say) I'm out $3000.00 And every time I'm told the manager will call me they don't! These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!

Great experience with everyone at the dealership. - cgreen583

Great experience with everyone at the dealership. Ordered the 2025 Range Rover Autobiography, and it was delivered as promised and with red carpet treatment. I first tried to order the same SUV from other Land Rover dealerships in my area, but JLR Melbourne was very receptive, returned calls, and followed up with my during the whole process. I was treated indifferently by other Range Rover dealerships in the Orlando Area. Even though JLR Melbourne is an hour from where I live, they delivered!

We recently purchased a vehicle here, and the experience - Julie

We recently purchased a vehicle here, and the experience was excellent. Tracy, Ashley and the staff are all professional. We had some concerns after we purchased the vehicle, and their mechanics checked it out and reassured us that all was running as it should. Buying a used car is very scary, not knowing what you may get. Autowise is upfront with their CarFax reports, servicing of the vehicles and allowing customers to have the vehicle inspected prior to purchasing. This transaction was very transparant, and we felt like the staff really does care about their customers. I received a call back from Tracy to make sure I got home ok because I was driving in a bad rain storm. Her phone call was very much appreiated. Thank you Tracy, Ashley, Spencer, Jose, Kris and staff for all your help with our car purchase. We love the car and hope to have many years of driving pleasure.
