Alan was wonderful to work with. We kept him past his normal hours and he never made us feel rushed. With 6pm closing times we found it hard with work to get there but he always stayed. He helped us negotiate a good deal on our new used car and get a fair deal for our trade in. I wish the sales manager would have come out and introduced himself and worked with Alan and us to save some back and forth time. Zachary in the finance department was also very friendly and knowledgeable in helping us finish the process. We did end up adding on the warranty thanks to Zachary helping us see the value. We were very happy with the service and purchase of our new car. We would highly recommend Alan and the Ed Martin Nissan dealership.

It was just unbelievable the purchasing experience, and how Ray Skillman, represented by Matt Carver took care of us even though we was in the middle of a snow emergency! I haven't purchased a new vehicle in years, but if you are going to, get in touch with the Skillman group, and Matt Carver, as well as everyone from the driver that picked us up, yes they came miles away in a snowstorm to make this deal happen, and I am a good negotiator, so the deal on this vehicle has to be mentioned to! Great Experience from start to finish! We went in to look for a larger SUV and decided to test drive a few. Sam was the Salesman that we worked with and he was Fantastic! He had patience with us as we looked at several vehicles- it was extremely cold outside which didn't make it enjoyable but he didn't complain! He was very open about the process, worked a great deal with us and was never pushy! We will be back to Sam for any of our new vehicles needs! The Finance Manager, Mike, was also great! He went through everything with us step by step and was easy to talk to! Stanley will be our go to from now on!

Appointments are easy to get scheduled. I try to get the first appointment at 0800. But it’s frustrating the door isn’t opened at that time. I waited until 8:06am to pull my car into the garage. This was not the first time of having to wait. Once inside, the staff did a great job confirming and verifying the purpose of the visit as well as keeping me up to date while I waited.
