I was hesitant on leasing and I always purchasew my cars. scott was very patient with me while I test drove multiple vehicles and he went over my payment options which I liked. where my faith was restored in dealerships was when I sat down with the finance director julia, she took her time answering all of my many questions with a smile and really made me feel comfprtable with my new lease. i knew what to expect at the end and she went over options that i didnt even know were available for a lease. she explained everything with great detail, even I understood what was going on. i really recommend vic canver in fenton. ask for julia and scott!

As you know, having to have your car serviced is not always at the top of the priority list but I do not mind the drive to the Troy Volvo dealership because the staff there are so kind and helpful each and every time. Gillette, my service advisor is wonderful. Always helpful, articulate. He is always in good spirits and you can tell that he enjoys helping his customers. Sometimes he delivers not so good news but he always does it with a smile. In the past I dreaded having to take my car in for service. Sometimes still dread the $$ but not the people. I get to deal with some awesome people.
