I originally planned on writing a poor review due to issues with my new (used) truck. Picked it up on a Monday then found out that the goose ball was rusted into the factory puck system. The next day the check engine light went on, I'd driven a total of 100 mi or so. Frustrated is an understatement as I was planning on pulling a fifth wheel camper on Friday. However, the way they handled the issues really turned my opinion around. Ralph (sales guy) took my frustrations in stride, got me lined up with the service dept where Mark got it in for repairs soon as I arrived. 1 hr later I was back on the road heading home. I get that things can happen selling used vehicles, customer service is what sets dealers apart. I have no problem recommending Lenz, when you get there all for Ralph - great guy!
