Went for set of new tires and alignment. I went in to get help since had appointment. And they were busy. Caleb helped me, I read my book for 3 1/2 hours. Paid with check to avoid extra charge for card. So far so good. The wait was longer than expected due to a stubborn bolt I was told when it was ready.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this experience. I came in feeling stressed and honestly a little discouraged because I was very upside down on my vehicles. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. They (Daniel and Robert) worked hard to get me into something reliable and safe without making me feel judged or pressured. I truly believe they went the extra mile for me, and I’m so thankful for that. You don’t always find people who genuinely care in situations like this, but this team absolutely does. I’m beyond appreciative and will definitely be back in the future.
