Scott has always been absolutely fantastic. - jackbarrett100

Scott has always been absolutely fantastic. He has sold my family and I approximately 9 cars over the last seven years. He goes out of his way to not only find me exactly what I want, but also exactly what I need. He is available when I am and makes me feel comfortable when purchasing a vehicle. There is no stress or worry with Scott guiding me through the process. He and his team are knowledgeable and experienced and provide a friendly environment when going through the purchase process. I just bought my daughter her first car through Scott and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Hands down the best experience! - runningaround3kids

Hands down the best experience! Thank you to Mossy Nissan and Gabe in Finance for encouraging me to protect my 2024 Nissan Altima with an extended warranty. At 37,343 miles, the emergency braking radar sensor failed. That would have been well over $2,000 out of pocket, but it was fully covered and repaired at zero cost to me. Mossy Nissan is an honest, customer-first dealership. If you're buying a car from them, do yourself a favor and get the extended warranty!

Brought my neighbor’s Nissan rouge in for service and Jason Chatfield greated me in the service department. He explained to me all the service options for the vehicle. He was very friendly and thorough in his explanations and did so without any pressure upselling. Capitola Nissan is very fortunate to have him as an employee. I will advise my neighbor that Capitol Nissan is the place to go for service.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle. - maciasjesse375

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Neil Martinez was very thorough and knowledgeable. You brace yourself going into a car dealership. Prepare mentally for oncoming " pushy salesman." And then... they don't come. Instead, you get friendly people who don't try to "push" anything on you he was helpful. He listened. He was very accommodating. That was my experience with Neil Martinez. Smooth transaction and very helpful made my first car buying experience easy. Neil Martinez gave me he's full attention to all my car needs. thanks again for the great help! JESSE

Service Department is OUTSTANDING. - LMATTONI

Service Department is OUTSTANDING. Andre Rensonnet is highly knowledgeable and always takes care of my car. In addition, if I have any questions on how to use the many options available on my Nissan Rogue Platinum he takes his time in explaining all the features to me and displaying them on the screen. Andre always goes over the service report with me when maintenance is completed. Andre should be the Service Department manager.
