Elena Flores is one of my favorite employees at Nissan of Elk Grove. She has helped me many times and has never once let me down. She is super helpful, polite and a joy to be around. She gets me answers to all of my questions and gives me helpful options to my problems. The other day i called for her for a car issue. She was not at work that day. So the very next day she called me back and asked how she could help me! That was a pleasant surprise. I could have asked for another service rep to help me, but she has helped me so many times, with excellent customer service, that i didnt mind waiting for her. She spent literally hours on the phone arranging things with my warranty company to repair some costly parts on my car for free! I cant say enough and she never ceases to amaze. Thank you Elena. ':-)

You're checked in and everything just seems to hum along. the real story is the attention paid to the vehicle. I had some intermittant noises I didn't know what to attribute to. Of course when I showed up to the dealer, it wouldn't make the same noise!
But they were patient and careful, and based on my description, they finally heard what I had been talking about. What started out as a strange noise which caused concerns, ended up being a $350 repair job; they informed me it was covered by warranty :) Never taking my Nissan NV200 any place else. Way to go TEAM!

We visited the dealership unexpectedly after looking at other choices. We were greeted by Seth who shared with us two cats that were what we were looking for. He was warm and pleasant with no pressure at all. We didn’t buy the car that night as we were still looking and wanting to make sure we had the best price... though he followed up several times through tex to see what our decision was. I'll start this off by saying buying a car is never fun. Picking out the perfect vehicle, test driving, negotiating and then the dreaded "finance guy" at the end. It's a long, tiring, mentally taxing process leaving you excited and terrified at the end.
My experience at Temecula Nissan was decent but there were definitely snags. We'll start with my sales guy Josue. Beginning to end he was very pleasant, not high pressure, and provided incredible customer service. If I were to stop here I would give 5 stars without hesitation. Of course the car buying transaction is broken into three main parts, salesperson, vehicle and finance. This is where things become less than perfect and I want to say for the record I'm artificially weighting Josue's piece to make 4 stars. If I were weighting things evenly I'd probably say it was 3.5 stars. Why did I give him more weight? Because the vehicle was less than perfect and the after service didn't go as planned. It was Josue that made this bearable by going the extra mile. He was pleasant and accommodating throughout the entire process.
The vehicle was a slightly abused Nissan Maxima Platinum edition. Someone had smoked inside and clearly (in hindsight) didn't take terribly good care of the paint. The car was otherwise in good condition with low miles and had everything I was looking for, which is why I considered it. Josue offered to have the smoke smell and a couple door dings removed and it was written into my contract. On the day I took it in for this service I was expecting 3 hours (which is what Josue thought it would take) only to find out it needed to stay overnight. They provided me with a loaner Maxima and Josue offered to drive my Maxima back to me (45 miles away) the next day for my troubles. The car was delivered the next day as promised with 0 smoke smell, fresh and clean. Not artificially masked. Unfortunately the door dings (apparently) couldn't be removed.
There was trouble in finance (isn't there always) as they thought they would be able to get me a substantially lower interest rate so I signed the contract with that interest rate in mind. Unfortunately they weren't able to go as low as they had hoped (but lower than what I myself got pre-approved for) so Josue (again) drove the new contract down to be signed. The payment quoted was correct and without the finance guy to explain the charges I signed the agreement. They mailed my copy to me and the problem with signing paperwork away from the dealer became apparent. There was a charge for cancelation (which I signed I didn't want and wasn't present on the first contract) of $417. But, I had already signed the new agreement (my fault for not dealing directly with finance).
The car, well there has clearly been rear bumper damage (clean carfax) as there is a very dull large spot on my bumper that didn't show up when I bought the car (maybe it had a good wax job) and the paint is pretty scratched up (black car) which also didn't show up until I washed it. Most of this can be buffed out and the bumper repaired but definitely a fair amount of work for a certified used car.
Long story short, pay attention to every detail with this dealer. My experience could have been isolated but just food for thought. I will say this, they were very pleasant to deal with and they did do (most) of what they promised.

My wife needed/wanted a new car. Previously we had a Lexus RX350 and most recently, a Lincoln MKX SUV. I did my usual research online, which is my preferred way to buy. Last year, we had gone to Las Vegas on vacation and rented a Nissan Murano. I was thinking to myself how ugly (IMO) the new Lexus line is (Picture a Transformer toy, with a cow catcher sticking out of the front end...too angular, and not appealing to us), and remembered that our rental Murano was a pleasure to drive. Smooth steering and a gaggle of technology. I did a "build" on Nissan's website and was flabbergasted that the Platinum trim level had no "package" options. EVERYTHING comes on the vehicle: Panoramic sun roof, seating for 5, plenty of cargo space, a V6, a (check THIS out) 360 degree, birds eye view of the entire vehicle camera system, BLIS, "radar" cruise control. In short everything but a mini-fridge and a bunk bed. I contacted them and they found my wife a silver with graphite interior and transferred it in to the dealership. We took delivery and, after I had driven and programmed the vehicle for her, I jokingly told her "I want one! [sad faced]" She said "Go for it!"
I didn't need a second confirmation. I got on the horn with their Internet Mgr., Eliana Casarez and told her the story. They didn't have the color I was looking for, but found one and had it transferred in. Long story short, we love our Muranos and are impressed with the customer service we received from a motivated staff at Selma Nissan. They went above and beyond! I wish all dealers could offer the same kind of customer service. I ran a family business for 30 years that was known for our customer service and I became very quickly aware of how vitally important it is to a successful business. We also felt comfortable with everyone we dealt with. No pressure tactics! Great job!

My boyfriend and i left very pleased.! He took home a 2019 Nissan and Don Chema worked with us so it was also in our best interest and so we could take home theis vehicle with the latest technology. He had patience for my two little ones. He offered us drinks and popcorn . My little ones even ate fruit. Whem it was time to lea e my kids were even gifted some cool toys. Everyone was happy over all. I wpuld highly recommend this nice fellow Don Chema. He also speaks spanish and like i said he goes that extra mile for you! My mum and I received a call from the dealership on trading in our then Versa Note for a newer updated car for 0% interest, made an appointment within the next hour and were greeted by Jorge Rodriguez! He was very descriptive, patient, understanding, and positive on helping my mum and I on trading in the car for a newer one! For sales, Chris Vera helped out all throughout the process and guided us onto a newer car also! We did all the necessary paperwork and the next day, we received our Rogue Sport!
