He has put together a great team of technicians and support crew. I have had the best service possible, on time and correctly done. My vehicle is clean inside and out and the service is always completed as promised.

I purchased a diesel VW beetle from Thomas when he was at the Orange VW location. He was excellent to work with. Honest and very clear in his communications and actions.
He worked with me on the recall process and the purchase of my next VW - a Golf Sportwagen. The recall process was a little scary for all of us since it had never been done before. But Thomas guided me through the process and made it as painless as possible.
I lost track of him after the Orange dealership closed. But now that I see he is at the Garden Grove location, that will be my new dealership of choice.

I’ve been coming here for service since about 2010 with my 2008 Jetta. I had an amazing experience with Fred in service recently. Fred worked super hard to make sure I was able to get my service and have transportation, both getting me an immediate ride to where I needed to be and securing a rental later in the day. Fred is personable, funny and explains every thing in a easy to understand way. The tech that worked on my car (I think his name was Scott) was amazing and definitely made me feel like he paid personal attention to my car. It’s not always fun to have to take your car in for service, especially if it’s older since you never know what else they will find. This excellent example of service is why I will continue to come back to Capo VW as long as I or anyone in my family owns a VW.

Cursed at and yelled at in front of customers by Natasha Urdea the Service Manager. It's a shame she has a position dealing with people yet alone being in charge of all the service advisors. Brought my Atlas in for a warranty repair, steering column needed to be replaced and needed 2 new tires. Was told it would take 3 days, wasn't given a loaner and offered $10 Uber credit. Couple days later was told parts were on back order and they had a loaner vehicle, picked up the loaner which was a VW Jetta with stained seats, nasty inside and scratches and dings everywhere. A week later the steering column arrived but was missing the bolts that were on back order. Was told it would be another week and half so I asked for a bigger loaner car since I have a family and need SUV. They gave me a Tiguan that once again had stained seats and had throw up stains. They put seat covers on as a solution. Disgusting. So finally 3.5 weeks later today the car was ready. I go to pickup and return loaner car. They do the walk around on the loaner and then Natasha Urdea comes out and says I ruined her loaner car and it needed to be detailed because it had pollen and sap on it from being parked outside. I told her I can go to car wash if that's a problem, she refused and then convinced her to take it through there car wash. Car came out looking spotless. See pics. She then continued to claim it had to be detailed and buffed and waxed and whatever else. I asked her to show me in the contract where it state the car needs to be washed before returning, She refused to show me. Then I read the contract which states they video tape walk through when giving out loaner car, I asked her to show me that video then. She went inside for an hour and finally after patiently waiting I went inside to see what was up, she said she couldn't find the video but was still looking. Then I said can I just have my car keys so I can go. She then yelled at me saying " I don't need your Fu***ing Bulls**t" and was extremely nasty in front of other customers and staff. I asked her why she talks to her customers this way? She then got more aggressive, and said I'm keeping your deposit and here are your keys. I asked to talk to her GM which she claimed he wasn't in so can't talk to him. Now I go to get in my car and look at the new tires they put on and they look used. See pics. Also had oil change done and as I'm leaving I see notifications that says inspection due. At this point I'm not sure they ever changed my oil and am pretty sure the new tires are actually used. See pics. Overall the worst experience of my life..

I've been going here for nearly 10 years and the service has gone down the tubes. In short, I had to return 4 times to get a window leak fixed. I was provided no concession and was even incorrectly charged for the service. I had to follow-up 4 times over 2 weeks before someone called me back to address it (when I was told they would get back to me the next day). Just really poor service, expectations, etc. I will never use them again
