Bo was great to work with! And when the dealership tried to add $4000.00 for paint protection that hadn’t even been applied, and for a $50 GPS box (they wanted 1,905.00 for), he was able to get the additional markup removed! Bo was great, but watch out for shady tactics like those listed above!

Great experience. The dealership was super busy, for a Monday morning, but it didn’t take away from making me feel like I was the very first and only customer. Chance Williams was great at tending to my needs and concerns, on very short notice. I was very happy and pleased with his attentiveness, professionalism and very friendly demeanor. I would have gone to a different Toyota Dealership closer to home, but I doubt I’ll receive the same great customer service.

Everybody was great and friendly. The first salesman after the test drive and about 15 minute of back and forth negotiating got irritated and turn it to the closer . He was very good and had patience with us . We agree which was fair for both parties. The finance guy was great also and friendly . He was from Persian and easy to do with . Toyota of Fremont has been my go to for car service for my Corolla and Prius prime. They always do a fantastic job and they don’t ever try to upsell me any service that I don’t need. They always do a multi point inspection and tell me what may need to be replaced in the future and stuff to keep an eye on and when the time is ready, I get The fluids changed out when that’s necessary. The filters changed out when necessary., etc. My service advisor Phil is always very helpful and courteous.

I had to reschedule my appointment.....the third time I was able to keep. I was greeted kindly outside. The gentleman at the desk was excellent. The music was EXCELLENT!!!! I came prepared to wait, and wait and wait some more. However, to my surprise...they emailed me the video of my car on the outside and that made me happy (I would have like to have seen a video or a report on the front of the car under the bumper. (No more low front bumper car's for me. I will not recommend that to my granddaughter and grandson who both will be getting cars in the near future) This was the FASTEST service I have ever had at Toyota of the Desert! Thank you for that! 😊
