Working with Haydar at this dealership was a pleasure! He made us feel like we were his most important customer (even on a busy afternoon when he had other clients to attend to). We had completed our pre-shopping homework, so we were prepared to make quick decisions once we had the test drive and addressed questions about warranties and service plans. Haydar made us feel welcome right away, didn’t try to push an up-sale (he was conscientious that we were there for a specific vehicle), assured that we were attended to, and that we were comfortable in every way. He gave both myself and my husband so much attention to our conversations and questions. Haydar also knew we had an appointment at another dealer an hour and a half after meeting him….he made the time for us and, after the test-drive with Steven proved a great vehicle, Haydar took great care of us so much so that we called the other dealer to cancel. We were in and out with our purchase in less than 4 hours even with the quick trip to the bank! Our Genius, Jason, was great with feature explanations and fielding our questions during our vehicle review and setting up our myBMW account and our devices. I called to schedule an appointment but did not get a confirmation text. I drove there to meet with someone in person . The sales person I met with was quite helpful and made me feel comfortable. Since my purchase, I have made 3 calls in the same number of weeks to discuss a warranty addition, I’ve left messages and been told I would get a call back the next day. To date, I have not received a return call. I would say that call backs is the area that requires improvement, from the original appointment text that I did not receive up to the calls and messages I’ve left I’ve left since then with no call back. I still would like a call back to discuss my warranty options.

While we were looking at the car Justin (can’t remember his last name) for the used cars noticed a broken piece on the soft top clasp and told us to go to Ford and they would pay to have it fixed!
