I made this recommendation based on the great experience I had with Michaell when I bought my Grand Highlander a year ago. I accompanied my son on his visit to Stapp Toyota. After providing Michaell with his "dream" truck build, Michael asked Dan many questions about what he needed and wanted in his new truck. My son ultimately purchased a 1794 Trim 2025 Tundra and got a great deal based on the work Michaell did to explain all of his financial choices. Michaell is the best informed, visibly honest car salesperson I've ever encountered. Updated Review (Originally Posted 4/22/25 and 5/24/25): I’m updating my previous 1-star reviews and changing my rating to 5 stars. After picking up my car today, I had the opportunity to speak with Shawna, the manager, who stayed after hours to personally walk me through the final service and ensure everything met my expectations. During our conversation, it became clear that there had been several miscommunications and misunderstandings that contributed to my earlier dissatisfaction. Shawna took the time to explain the situation, and I now understand there were circumstances I wasn’t aware of at the time. I truly appreciate Shawna’s professionalism, her willingness to go the extra mile, and her effort to make things right. Because of her dedication, I feel confident continuing to use Corwin Honda for my service needs—and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

I showed up last-minute, and he still made time for me like it was no big deal. He walked me through financing vs. leasing with the patience of a saint, breaking down all the pros and cons so I actually understood what I was getting into. Greg, the GM, also jumped in with some great advice. It felt like they genuinely wanted me to make the best choice for me, not just sell me a car. It felt more like chatting with a friend than buying a car. And let’s not forget the dealership itself—talk about luxury! Between the coffee bar and the snacks, I was pretty much spoiled. Whether you’re there to buy or just getting a service, they’ve got you covered with some serious hospitality. Overall, it was a fun, smooth, and downright enjoyable experience (how often can you say that about the car buying experience?). Highly recommend!

After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia. It’s clear they value customer feedback and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Recommendation: I appreciate the efforts in turning my experience around. For potential customers, I recommend engaging directly with the service team and management to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of any issues.
