When my 2020 Explorer was taken in for recall service, we were given a 2024 Timberline loaner. The Service Department called and advised that they would not be able to get my car finished because of the Memorial Day Weekend being very busy. I told them that was not a problem because I liked the 2024 Explorer Timber Line very much so Tuesday would be fine to come pick it up. Within a couple hours Greg Steinburg called me and after a brief conversation, he set an appointment for us. Mr. Steinberg made the purchase of our new 2024 such an easy process. When we arrived, Greg was completely prepared with an offer. Although it didn't quite meet my expectations, Greg quickly went to bat for us and came back with a great offer which we accepted. In all my years of buying vehicles I have Never had a salesman get in the Vehicle and go over ever option so that we knew had to work them and with all the electronics now day it would have taken me forever to learn them.
The dealership is well stocked with inventory and sales staff and always so Clean. Its always been a Pleasure to go in even for Service. In addition, we celebrated our new car with lunch at the Ford Cafe!
