I can’t say enough great things about my recent experience at Autonation Ford Miami, especially working with Orlando Martinez. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. Orlando went above and beyond to make sure my Ford Maverick received the attention it needed. He kept me informed every step of the way, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare these days to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, but Orlando truly delivered. My Maverick is running like new, and I left feeling confident and taken care of. On Saturday 4/26 I went to the dealership to get an oil change, Josh from service took care of me and he was very good. He informed me that the oil change mileage was set wrong at the factory and reset that so that I get on a 7500 mile oil change schedule and got the Tucson into service to apply a firmware recall. He said it would take 2 hours and I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.
